Worst service ever or should I say lack of service! They have no less than 4-6 people standing around talking to each other while us the customers are standing in line to give them our money! They could careless just watched us as we stood in line like sheep. On top of that this branch closes early!!! My business stays open as most business's until 5:00 so deposits would be great between 5:00-6:00. they get paid the same work less hours & charge us more fee's!! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! HORRIBLE BANK!!!

Every time I come in here there's always a wait whether or not there's a lot of customers. They are extremely slow here, and I always leave very stressed and time crunched. I've never had a good experience here. Most employees are nice, but it seems they can only do basic tasks. This specific bank makes me consider changing to a different bank.

I went to three different Bank of America's to get service and all three were closed, 1:00pm, 2:00pm and 2:30pm. Each location said they were open and were closed, when I arrived.

When you call this location no one ever picks up the phone. I merely had a quick and simple question. Now I have to make a trip in just to get that quick question answered. I have a sense they're very understaffed and they need to address that issue.

To date, probably the worst customer service ever experienced. This bank sometimes doesnt have cash if you can believe that. Twice ive tried to withdraw 10-15k and they said you have to order it. Management does not understand customer service. Banks that do not have cash in a city like Scottsdale. Are you kidding??

While there were employees who could help, I stood in line for over 10 minutes and was just told to wait... Horrible service. Good thing I don't live here and won't use this location again.

This was my first visit to a Bank of America in AZ because I just moved here. I was considering opening an investment account because my job banks with boa and that's where I'd be getting my checks cashed anyhow. So I came in to get the check cashed and waited about half an hour in line inside. When the person in front of me exited I approached the counter and I was rudely told by a lady named Catherine to back up as if I'd done something wrong. Then she walked away from the counter and left me and about 7 other customers in line for another 10 min while her and another lady talked. I waited, however nobody in line was happy about this. When I was told to "you can come on up", she looked at my check almost in disgust and asked if I had my check verified. I said what's that? And she said "I'm assuming that you haven't so you need to see the branch manager for that." I said well where are they what do I need to do she said, "you'll have to wait". I asked if she could call them or show me who to speak with and she told me to have a seat. Not quite sure what the customer service training is, if any, but I'm pretty sure customers shouldn't be treated that way. I was quite embarrassed and offended that she was so rude, but another customer said, "wow" as I was turning to leave. So, I don't think I'm crazy here. This was clearly something that should not have happened at least in that manner. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back and the dealership that I work for (finance director) will be heavily persuaded NOT to do business, send finance customers, lease customers, or personal friends there. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go there. Avoid at all costs.
