Where do I start. First the teller made an error with my deposit. Which caused the funds to be withdrawn from the account and items to be returned. The bank acknowledged their mistake but is not trying to take care of any NSF return fees on the third party side, however, they refunded their fees. Spoke with Shawn (branch manager) who was no help. I was advised this was being escalated and that was it. There was no timeline given to me of when this was gonna be taken care of. Shawn was not understanding but ultimately trying to get them out of this mess. I could not believe how incompetent the teller and manager are at this branch. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. I’ve worked in this area for 7 years and this is the first time coming to this branch. I would definitely check out the Desert ridge location for a better experience all the way around.

This is my bank, unfortunately. I'd tried calling 7 BOAs today. The same robot lady answers the phone, but no humans will talk to me to answer my question. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this bank is never consist with operating hours or days that it is open. I've driven up to this bank location on several weekdays during normal business hours as posted on their site. There's a handwritten note that says "bank closed" It would nice to have this updated on the website. I finally got to the bank while it was open and there's 1 teller open and 3 people in front of me and I have to wait 20 minutes before it's my turn. I can't do a portion of my banking online so this is an ongoing frustration for me. Please update your website with correct hours and hire a few more tellers.

The branches aren't the problem its corporate bank America they aren't taking care of the branch site and employees. Plus they don't care about small business,If you need the bank to run your business on a daily or at least a few days a week Hey sis yeah ours at these branches are open are terrible

We had such a bad experience in this branch - just horrible, horrible service, and always from a large guy with a bunch of earrings. What trouble he's caused us, and we've been BofA customers for more than 30 years. I would seriously reconsider making this your bank if you are new in town. We just moved here and never had issues like this guy has caused us with other branches. We're either going to have to go with a Chase bank near us (ugh) or find another, more distant B of A.

I've been a customer of BofA for more than 30 years... It's now time to say goodbye! I know it's just another corporate giant that has no feelings but they need to know their service is terrible, uninviting and down right rude! I went in to get a title notarized. I was greeted by a frustrated women that seemed stressed out because she was helping someone and I walked in and just added to that stress. She said "can I help you dummy?" No she didn't say that but that's what I felt. "Need to get a title notarized" I said. "Do you have an appointment?" She said. "No ma'am, do I need one? I said. Still frustrated with the person she was helping she asked me to sit as she tendered to him. I waited a few minutes while she took the gentleman to the cashier area, which I call the area that needs a sign that says "all available cashiers to the front please, all available cashiers to the front!" Where I'm sitting waiting I notice there are these glass offices with these people in suits that don't seem to be very busy, but dress well. Here comes the lady, she stops walks into one of the glass offices talks to another women (assuming about the idiot who wants a title notarized and didn't make an appointment) then approaches me and says "we can do a 10:30 appointment, because she has an 9:30 appointment." I said "it's 9:18 she has 12 minutes to do a 1 minute job!" "Sorry it's just our policy" both women shared with me! This simply isn't service but a disservice! For the record, I left, drove up to Wells Fargo, walked in, was immediately welcomed, was taken immediately in, title notarized.... All done in less then two minutes! If we are going to bow to corporate domination it might as well be the nicer corporation! I shared this story with Wells Fargo and they laughed!

Weirdest bank layout ever, no greeters, and not the best customer service. Walked in wandered around found counter only to be told I needed to sit in an area to be serviced.

I went to this Branch at 2:30 PM on a Wednesday and it was closed. It had an 800 # to call to find out why. After a 15 minute wait, the BofA person told me she had no clue. On top of that, when they are open, the branch manager is downright unfriendly and they cannot seem to keep any tellers. I am switching my business to Chase.
