Don is a sociopathic pharmacist who failed out of Med school and will deny you your life saving prescriptions and say he called the doctor when the doctor was out of the country. I can’t speak for the rest of the store but it wouldn’t surprise me if Don gives people the wrong meds for entertainment.

For sure…we call him “coke nostril Don”…high candidate for dead babies in his basement.

I thought I was the only one who got wrong medication from the dropout pharmacist. Good to know I’m not alone.

This is the friendliest and most helpful pharmacy I have ever been to. Special thanks to Don for his assistance.

This store needs some serious customer service retraining. Either the cashiers aren't there and you are forced to use self check out or the cashiers have absolutely no interest in acknowledging you, thanking you, nothing. I was in this store at 830am - there was 1 cashier but she was closed yet standing there doing whatever. When another customer had a problem with buying alcohol in the self check, her response? Oh let me find someone to help you. UH NO...walk yourself over and give some help. Today was the last straw - Im heading elsewhere.

Convenient with good prices. Would have gone with a five if the rewards program did not take six weeks to process. Clean and a good size.

It was Halloween and I was with my friend BOTH over 21 (she checked our ID) we were both having fun (cracking up at check out) and Saundra was the one to check then continued to tell us she wasn't going to sell us our pack of SELTZERS to go home. Don't go to self check out is SAUNDRA is checking you out BUT then went to Albertsons and they were so help full and sweet to us.

Easy grocery store if you need something past 9pm when frys closes down the street. They charge a little more than other places so be cautious when shopping. Do major grocery shopping somewhere with better prices

Bringing down the neighborhood. I live very close to this Bashas so it is convenient but not the common problems this low end grocery store. It is rare that the check out process goes smoothly. 90% of the problems are with their checkout. The "vip" card or whatever they call it never function properly and it's been several times I have been overcharged- always noticed it later so often not worth the time to go back and correct. Even with living so close, I drive the extra distance to go to Safeway, Sprouts or stop elsewhere to avoid this place. I would love, for the betterment of the immediate neighborhood, that this place would go away.

Forgot my Bashas "loyalty" card today and the kind lady shopper next to me at self checkout offered to let me use hers... well the little checkout monitor witch wouldn't have any of that! You know that the friendly folks at Fry's will whip one out if you forgot yours, I am pretty sure they do the same at Safeway, Albertsons, Winn-Dixie, Piggly Wiggly, Ralph's, and Publix. I think someone needs to explain what the purpose of a loyalty program is to this officious little rule minder!

This store is OK. They have great deals on donuts and awesome burritos, but avoid the cashier with long reddish hair. She will lecture and belittle you about the importance of having a store card. *eye roll*

I recently had a miss handling of a 12pack of glass beer. I purchased it. Walked out. As I was approaching my vehicle, the unfortunate event of the handle breaking accorded. Smashing to the asphalt. I was livid. Vulgarities were loudly projected on my part. I took the broken, Sopping wet 12pack into the customer service and.....with a smile, they accepted the mishandled product and allowed me to get another. It was a bright day for me. Thank you for being human Bashas and not the snobs of the corporate world. I will be back soon with more purchases.

I decided to pick up some dinner from bashas tonight and got this casserole for my daughter and I. As i was eating it this is what i took a bite into. (See picture) A BONE! Seriously? I'm just glad my two year old didn't get that in her portion! This literally irritates me so much because it could have been her who ate that and she could have choked! Just awful.
