It seems as if they are trying to be unhelpful.

5 Star Royal treatment by this extremely capable & bright PNC team. Casey is fantastic at resolving any issues which arise though, no issues or drama arise here really. Smooth sailing at this branch and most other PNC Bank locations. My friends are smartly changing to PNC Bank in droves. The bank which doesn't have one standing in line all day for a simple transaction.

Since the BBVA bank and PNC Bank merge PNC is not doing as good a job as BBVA did operating But some of the employees are the same. There is only one branch that has notaries. Far from where my home branch is.

If you were on the phone with a banker at this location with the call ending at 1pm PST on Tuesday, August 22 please be advised that your call was heard throughout the entire lobby (including your personal answers) and unfortunately we all know you're evaluating switching from Chase to PNC as well as other things such as your marital status and personal income information. I would recommend staying with Chase given that 1. The security around your personal information is clearly not valued 2. You are transactional for them as I also heard the follow up conversation and the premise is they need to open more accounts.I tried speaking up during the call and letting the staff in the lobby know that I could hear your whole conversation and that it felt inappropriate and was told that the call was being taken in a room without a door so these calls tend to echo throughout the lobby. It sounds as if this is quite normal for the bank and somehow accepted although it's wildly inappropriate. The irony is that I was there to speak to someone as the security around my personal information was also not taken seriously. Although this isn't explicitly the fault of this location, the banker did admit to me that even if you have a fraud alert on your account PNC will still open the account but will check AFTER the fact to see if there are fraud alerts and will retroactively close the account if there is. They won't call and check with you though despite the fraud alert and that they should be doing the work up front before the account is opened. Unfortunately it didn't actually feel as if my answers could be answered nor that my information is actually safe at this bank. Then to pair it with the fact that I witnessed other people's personal information literally on display is absolutely terrible.

Unfortunately they say they have a notary on duty but you have to book it well in advance , if they are busy they won’t make time for you. It takes 5 minutes to get something notarized but apparently not at this branch you need an appointment to do so.

Absolutely horrible service. I came in to get a simple cashiers check. Took 45 minutes. Not even kidding. If you are the manager of this branch you seriously need to train your tellers. To leave them on a Friday afternoon with no support and clearly not trained is horrible for your team and the clients. If I had to come to this branch more often I would move my accounts.

I have never been treated by a business the way I was treated by the branch manager of this PNC Bank location, Joanna. I recently opened an account with PNC at a branch in CA for my mother’s trust. Basically she (Joanna) told me that my Driver’s License and Credit Union Visa/debit card were not enough to verify my identity. (I mean, I know my Driver’s License picture is bad but I you can definitely tell that it’s me!) My signature card was apparently not on file. I asked her to call the branch I opened my account at to find out what was going on with that. She flatly refused. She said she would not go forward with my transaction. When I tried telling her I was on the phone with the Vista branch trying to get things sorted out she told me she STILL would not do anything for me because she could not verify my identity — and then told me to LEAVE! I’ve NEVER been asked to leave ANY business. She NEVER offered to try to see what she could do to HELP me, she never asked me for other things that could verify my identity which I could have easily provided like my Social Security number, other bank debit or credit cards, security questions or anything else. She never offered to call my home branch. We just sold our home in CA and I am a customer with a larger sum of money in this account and this is how I was treated by this person, I was told to leave in an incredibly stern manner as if I were a criminal. This woman actually brought me to tears, I was so embarrassed and in a complete state of shock at what just transpired. I do have to note that the receptionist was so kind to me and offered me a bottle of water when she saw how upset I was. She was the only pleasant part of the experience. Bank somewhere where they treat you like they actually value you and your patronage and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Do NOT expect to find that here.P.S. I do recommend the PNC Bank in Vista, CA. Some extremely friendly, helpful and competent folks there like Theresa and Jerome that are a total pleasure to work with.

This bank is complete trash. If I could give this bank a zero out of five stars I would. Horrible customer service. It was fine when it was BBVA but when PNC took over they brought unethical practices with them. They charged me $7 monthly service fee because my account had less than $500 with no warning. When I tried to get it waived the representative agreed to waive it but the system did not allow him to. So I spoke to a manager who was completely useless and refused to refund the fee. I closed my accounts. Don't do business with this bank. They have very shady business policies. My only regret is I wish I would have closed my account sooner.

I’ve been banking here about 18 months and it’s about 18 months too long. Not a good business banking bank. The staff is like a skeleton model of real banking staff. When it was BBVA it was the same. Very archaic processes, procedures, many hoops to jump through in order to transactions not involving a teller. Appointments are required for about 90% of normal reasons people need banking. The turn over rate is extremely high. I’ve never seen anyone here longer than 3 months. I had a better experience at my local credit union in Indiana.

I loved BBVA. PNC is not in that category. Staff is now untrained and apathetic. Fees are now being charged for things that were free. I cant even get my account closed in MY timeframe. But trust me. I am out!

So happy PNC banks are finally here in AZ. I’m from the East coast so moving here without the bank you already had was a struggle. It feels good again to withdraw money without getting charge an arm & a leg lol ?

I was a BBVA customer for Year's, with no issue's, and now PNC comes in and now more issues. I go to the location closet to my house, and in the last 3 weeks the ATM has either been out of service or no cash. I tried to withdrawal $200.00 and all I could get was $10,s and $1's. I think you should take your name off these pro sport's stadium's, and deal with your customer's better, you could be losing a lot more otherwise,. Right now we are talking about pulling all our money's and investments that we have had for Year's from PNC and move on.

Useless branch. Staff is untrained and clueless tied to typical services. Don't waste your time with staff at desks as they are worthless. Went in for assistance with PNC app and was advised by staff that they (she) was unable, unqualified, and untrained to support my request. Further, the staff member in question (she) was unwilling to call PNC hotline nor offer any semblance tied to support.
