I called on a car posted on a third party web site and they did not honor the price. The young man on the phone stated that it is an error but never made efforts to change it. Just excuses on bad service. From the Midwest and not used to being LIED TO. not sure what Kathy is talking about below being HONEST!??

Brought my car here, needed repair for emmisions, was told brake part needed replaced. The bill was a little over $1200, with 900 of it the state paid for.I noticed 3 weeks later car shaking all the time while I was braking all the time!! Another shop told me the lines werent bleed & brake control was wrong part! When I went to emmissions they said no brake part should hinder emmissions passing or failing!

My fiancé and I have been taking our cars here for years! From oil changes to engine work, Bell Auto is an amazing, honest, and transparent family-owned car shop. It's easy to get in and easy to chat with them whenever needed! I recommend this shop to any and everyone! They have helped us with so much through the years.

Thought this was a great place but the work they have done is going bad after a few months and have been quoted then charged a different price. Wolf in sheep’s clothing beware. My mother Nancy took her car here multiple times and the owner always treated her like he didn’t want her business. She was very uncomfortable.

Bell Auto Service is a great little "neighborhood" auto shop that is dependable, reliable and friendly. Our two, twenty year old vehicles are always treated well when they need more "energy!" A plus is; there are usually several "vintage" trucks and cars hanging around providing a cool retro vibe!

Really sad because a few people referred me here. I called Monday and they said they couldn’t see me until Thursday. I didn’t make appt at time because I didn’t know if I would be able to make it. Called back Tuesday to make appt, they said someone would call back. No one did, called again Wednesday and again told someone would call me back, they didn’t. Called today now it’s Thursday and now say they can’t get me in til next week. I guess I need to go somewhere else.

This is the best and most honest shop you could bring your vehicle to, especially if you have a classic!

They replaced the upper control arms on my 2003 dodge Dakota. Their price came in$100 under what they had bid . I am an old time Shadetree mechanic, but I can’t do my own repairs. I would highly recommend these fellows, and I intend on using them in the future Don and his men I give thumbs up to!!??

So I don’t really do bad reviews but I feel that my situation was really unfair. My 1992 f150 pickup truck didn’t pass emissions so I was referred to them by the Arizona state WRP program where they give you up to 900 dls to fix your vehicle, you only have to pay 100 dls up front to the shop of your choice so they can look at it. I called bell auto service to make an appointment and took in the truck, a couple days later I get a call saying that my fuel pump was bad which I knew and explained to them when I dropped it off so they ended up ordering a new fuel pump plus a new catalytic converter to fix it for emission. They gave me to quote of 683.43 dls including the 100 dls to look at it, so I was 783.43 dls out of pocket. I thought it was reasonable until I did my research on the receipt they gave me after I picked up my vehicle. They charged 719.28 dls for parts and 806.25 dls for labor, but check this out they charged 410.00 dls for a single oem style catalytic converter plus 357.50 for them to install it (weld two pipes) just doesn’t at up right? They also charged 176.26 dls for a fuel pump plus 47.90 dls for a fuel tank valve plus 22.98 dls for a connector and 17.14 dls for another connector and 261.25 dls to install it, a little bit more reasonable but still over charged. They also charged 187.50 dls for a evap system test. Now technically I only paid 783.43 dls out of pocket for all that work which is reasonable but they also charged the AZ WRP PROGRAM another 900 dls, seems illegal if you ask me! I’m not going to lie they do quality work but they definitely take advantage of this program offered to the people.Service: Auto emissions testing
