4.5 stars overall. We stayed here for 3 nights. One couple had the Loft for two nights - which was spacious, well equipped and just damn lovely and a standard room for one night. The contrast, in terms of space, is quite marked though with the standard room being a little cramped. The other couple stayed in a superior apartment - which was nicely furnished, clean and of a high specification. The location in the old town is unbeatable and quiet. Why not 5 stars? Well, to my mind the website is slightly misleading in that the restaurant is a separate business and shares the outdoor spaces/courtyard with the hotel which are very close to the bedrooms. This can mean that there is quite a bit of noise in the evenings and can make, what otherwise feels like a very private hotel, feel a little impersonal. However, the major disappointment was that there was no breakfast availability at all. To me, this should have been made clearer.Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and helpful, there were thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers in the room and valentine biscuits on Valentines day, good quality fresh coffee in the room. Would happily return.

What a beautiful place! We stayed in The Loft for one night when visiting the area. A great place, we loved the kitchen & layout. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the Monday night, so we really didn't get to experience the full effect of the outdoor area & firepits. It was pretty chilly, so we did not use the heated pool - but we did go look around. Really neat area. We will definitely be back and stay again so we can enjoy the dining, pool and outdoor space!

The Bespoke Inn in old town Scottsdale is truly a gem of a place to stay. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable to stay in with varying amenities depending on the room you choose and the space available. Some rooms have complete kitchens and the staff are terrific about providing anything you may need or answering questions. There is more than adequate parking around the Inn, and the courtyard feels very private. There is outdoor seating and fire pits to stay warm and enjoy the desert climate in the winter. The location makes it easy to walk to many areas around old town Scottsdale, and the Inn also has bikes available for pleasure or for longer trips.

The weekend I got married, I wanted to stay someplace special in Scottsdale and boy — there is no better place in town. Not only was the staff so generous but they even upgraded us to the Loft room at no charge because it was available for the night!Thank you, Bespoke Inn! You not only made my wedding weekend so special but you left an indelible mark on myself and my wife on the most amazing day we will ever have. The photos we have at your beautiful hotel are images we will have for a lifetime.

My husband and I have stayed here two times in the last 6 months. We loved it the first time, although the rooms are a little run down for the price. It's nice that they have coffeemaker, refrigerator and free sparkling and still water bottles in the room. We stayed in the suites next to the office on the first floor garden area. It is also walking distance to old town stores and restaurants. Hotel fine if you don't have a problem. The second time we stayed which was Monday night it was a horror show. We got back from dinner in town, their restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday FYI, we were sitting on the couch having a good time and suddenly the neighbor next door starts banging on the wall, then our door, and screaming" I need to talk to you!!!" This went on 3 times. I was scared to death! We told him we were not going to open the door, then he threatened to call the police because he said we were making too much noise. We said go ahead, then silence. It was insane! Never in our many years of traveling have we ever encountered a situation like this. Because they do NOT have staff present after 5pm I had to text the front desk guy at home to tell him what was going on. He said he would talk to them the next day. I texted him the next day to ask for a partial refund because we didn't sleep well knowing we were next to a psychopath. He said he would have to talk to the next door neighbor first and get back to me. Nothing. We will NEVER stay there again.

What a quaint and cute place. The location is great for this Inn. The patio is lovely but there were no fireplaces turned on or lights so we didn't use it. (It was a Sunday) This Inn was cute but my biggest complaint was we celebrated our 31st anniversary and the first thing my husband notices is there was significant hair in the bathroom drain that hadn't been cleaned up. We overall liked the room but this was off putting. It reminded me of a bed and breakfast charm but without the hospitality.

Had to cancel my reservation.Their cancellation policy is 72 hours and yes, something came up and I was a day behind on the cancelation (called at 48 hrs). They refunded the extra packages onto the room and issued me a credit to re-use within the next 12 months. Glad I didn't lose out on the money, it was cool of them to help me out like that.

Just stayed at the Bespoke in the Leo and Isabel room last week for a couple nights. The room was lovely..check in and check out was no problem. It was quiet and peaceful. I would have given a 5 star except that the shower had some issues. The shower door would not close all the way. I could not enable the main shower head at all, so the removable shower nozzle was my only option for water. Except that the bracket for that was not functioning properly so I could not stand under the shower, I had to hold the nozzle the whole time. The bed was comfortable except the pillows they were small and had too much loft so I woke up with my neck hurting. For the price of the room, I feel like they could provide some better options there.

Older but well maintained hotel. Lots of walking distance restaurants. We stayed 3 nights in the garden room which has a nice, private outside sitting area.Rooms: Our room had a 14' ceiling, king size bed, SMART Water and Pelligrino, fresh ground ☕️ coffee with filters and selection of gourmet teas. There is also an infinity pool.Walkability: Lots of shopping nearby and two museums. The Western Museum is less than a block from here. My wife spent several hours there.

Very charming boutique hotel. Quite and filled with ambiance. Super comfy bed and high end bath products. Location in the Artist District and Old Town! All safely walkable to shops, museums and restaurants. Off street parking a bonus. Plus a delicious restaurant onsite.

We had an overnight stay to celebrate my friend's birthday and had the best time. It's such a cute property, hidden away with a lovely ambiance. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed and the pool was amazing. Great location, easy check-in, and excellent communication. Would highly recommend!

My fiancé and I spent last weekend here and the hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway. It’s a charming boutique hotel within walking distance of art, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back.
