Drove all the way from Maricopa Arizona to this location because I heard it was the absolute best to do business with. Sadly to drive all that way for no reason because the building was closed, even though Google and their sign on the door said they should’ve been open, also no matter what number you call no one answers and it’s just a generic voicemail message. I thought it was a business 101 to actually be open for customers when you broadcast operation hours.

This is a very classy, honorable business. After getting insulting offers to buy my jewelry from a longtime, well-known jeweler, I drove a few blocks to Biltmore Loan. What a great experience. I was made a very appropriate offer and sold my jewelry to them. I can't recommend them highly enough.
