I have tried 2 times to set up my loan with monthly payments taken out of my own bank account. Both times I’m told I have to fill out paperwork that they require. Both times I was told it would be mailed to me where I live ( Tonto Basin AZ ) I still haven’t seen those papers. At this point I could not recommend BMO for their customer service.I will be driving 60 miles to there nearest branch in Scottsdale to fill out that paperwork. I keep hoping someone will take over my boat loan like they did.

If you want a bank that don't care about its customers. This is the one. ATM is always broken. Staff can never help with anything. Old guy who's supposed to be a manager is the worst. Literally can get better service from a cardboard cutout. I can see why this place is always empty. They have no customer service skills with him as the manager. Patricia is the only one willing to help. Everyone else just standing around with no knowledge of anything. Fraud on my card twice a week. There's no 24 hour customer service line. If you have any issues after 8pm you have to wait till the next business day. Save yourself the headache. Just go somewhere else

Customer service is terrible. Four people watched me stand 15 minutes while one teller helped the only other customer in the lobby. I walked out.

We opened an account with BMO about a month ago and the experience to date is less than satisfactory. We asked to receive debit cards upon opening our account, and the representative said the card would have to be mailed to me. I waited more than 2 weeks, and still no card was received, so I called to check the status and I was told there would be a $5 charge to reissue and mail a new card. Of course we were not pleased to pay a charge for replacement of an item we never r

I am a snowbird from Chicago. I have banked with Harris for many years. When I winter in Az. every year I get quality service at this branch. I am treated as if I was a permanent customer of this location.
