Had a clicking noise during turning and I have been going to this location for the past 5 years for oil changes. The team performed a free diagnosis visually showed me the issue and gave me a fair quote. I am planning on trading the car in so I decided to hold off on performing the work but I am always impressed with their no pressue honesty and willingness to work with the customer.

They were super helpful every step of the way! My car broke down and was towed over to them and they gave us time and patience to decide what we could do to solve our problem. They even advised us on what to do and where to go for further issues that they do not provide. Lots of helpful people!Services: Auto battery replacement

Stopped in for just a brake inspection and they diagnosed I needed all four rotors and pads. Everything else checked out fine. The amount was about $800, parts and labor. They said if I brought in my own rotors and pads then the labor priced out to about $500. I'm a DIY guy and I've decided to do it myself. The parts are less than $200. 5 stars because I appreciate the honesty.

Thank you for getting rid of that last guy who worked the front desk. He has no place working with people or cars!! I've been a loyal customer to this establishment for 14 years and have always had good service UNTIL that last guy took over the front desk..sorry I cannot remember his name. Because of his condescending attitude I stopped coming here. Once I learned he no longer worked here I returned. BTW ...Felecia is THEE absolute best service person here!!Please NEVER leave Felecia!! Your the best!!Happy customer again ...now that that other front desk clerk has left

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Manager has changed and is NOT a mechanic or familiar with car repair. Made an appointment at 8:30...for a 4 wheel alignment...they didn't touch the car but took walk ins ahead of me until I complained TWO HOURS LATER. They then took one of the walk in's cars off the rack. Over an hour later I got the car back and left..only ONE BLOCK away and the car seriously pulled to the right. I immediately went back and was told it was fine..I said drive it. They took it for a test drive and without saying anything they put it back on the rack and had their "best guy" on it. The manager came and told me he wasn't going to let go the guy who worked on my car soon because he wasn't good. WHAT? So you admit you have an employee who does CRAPPY substandard work and you are keeping him another few days..The manager comes over sits next to me and then proceeds to tell me that my car will overheat and I'm ONE tick away from my car engine blowing. Little does he know that I had my car serviced at my dealer less than 30 days ago..the ONLY reason I came to this place was that previously it was FAST AND REASONABLE...The manager goes on to basically bash the previous manager and said he was brought in to clean things up..he then BRAGS about how his store has brought in the most revenue in the last two months..gee I wonder how? By trying to scare people into repairs? Then he admits he isn't even a mechanic..he's a "manager". Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Took my car to the Audi dealership for my $30k inspection last year and my brakes and rotors were recommended to be replaced in the front. As it seemed pricey to do it at the dealership I decided to check this place out. I had only lived here for less than a month so wasn't familiar with many places. I took my car in at around 4pm and I believe they closed at 5 or 5:30pm. They quotes my $1000 for all 4 generic type brand and said they can get it done before they close. Closing time came around and I was asked to get a ride home as the "piston" was out and they couldn't put the brake on and needed their "master" tech to look at it the next day. I had to Uber home. Next day by noon they called and said the fixed it and would bring it to me. Later that afternoon I went to run an errand got back home at 6pm and my parking brake light was flashing and it was telling me there was a malfunction. As they were closed I had to call the following day. As the manager Richard couldn't figure it out, he said come back again when his "master" tech was there. On Monday I decided to call the dealership and book an appointment with them to see what was wrong with my car. They broke 2 of the sensors when taking off the brakes. I had to reorder them and replace them which took over 3 weeks to get in from overseas and $2300 to replace at the dealership. I contacted Brake Masters the whole time who referred me to corporate. Needless to say nothing was ever done. Timothy and Jeff in corporate never replied to my emails. I have the documentation from the dealership that indicates it was a third party that replaced the brakes that broke the sensors as there is nothing I could have done to do so, and just had my car inspected less than a a couple weeks before that at the dealership. I have plenty of opportunities to request reimbursement for what they broke, unfortunately it fell on deaf ears thinking as a woman I would go away. Well I certainly don't have an extra $2300 to replace something that wasn't broken before they broke it and now how that go through the process of small claims court and serve their attorney representative in Tucson. Not only did their tech break what wasn't broken, cost me $3300 for "my brakes and rotors", out of a car for 3 weeks, and a corporate company that completely ignored me even after providing them with all the dealership documentation stating it was their fault. I would never recommend such a place to anyone.

Used to be a great shop, no longer. Current manager is difficult to deal with. An A/C blow fan installed there in March failed - turns out it had not been properly seated and secured in place. Manager Michael first claimed there was no record in the system of work performed to the vehicle. When subsequently shown an invoice, he denied there was any A/C work listed, with the other work performed. Pressing the issue further lead to a confrontation. They are not good about standing behind their work.

Google reviews I won't do but they remind me to promote elsewhere to promote businesses I support. Been going here for years ... always had great service and fair prices. They got me in as a walk-in oil change 30 min. Before close yesterday with a smile on there face. Pro-tip, always ask for their website coupon price!

Good and responsive shop for car brakes and other things. I was going on a trip and needed brake checked/changed fairly quickly (within a day). These guys came to the rescue. They examined the vehicle, gave me update via text and phone call and gave me the quote. Work was good, price was a bit higher than what I wanted but they were on top of it and solved the problem!

Brake masters damaged my car and refuses to pay for it.They almost started a fire in my engine compartment. The “technicians” are clueless and lazy. Even the manager talked badly about them and how they come up with lame excuses to not come into work. The incredibly fake store manager Michael weaseled his way out of paying for my car grille that his clueless “techs” damaged because they are completely careless. Not only did they break my grille, they almost caused a FIRE in my engine compartment! They didn’t even bother to put my air cleaner box back on straight and left all the metal clips loose and hanging. One of which was laying directly on my metal battery post. If I didn’t do my due diligence and pop the hood to check everything out, I probably wouldn’t even have a car right now. I thought I was being very reasonable and just wanted a refund of $128 for the service I brought my car in for because it was an all around horrible experience. Seems simple right? The manger said he didn’t have the power to give refunds and that corporate needed to get involved. Over such a small amount on such an obvious issue, it’s insane you have to jump through so many hoops. A few days go by and he calls me to tell me they are denying any liability and won’t give a refund. The days of Customer Satisfaction Guarantee are dead. They really know how to make a customer of 12 years to never want to step foot in a another Brake Masters again.Whatever you do, avoid this sh*t hole at all costs. They charge too much in labor, $165 an hour and the manager had the audacity to brag about how they’re the cheapest in town. Just a blatant lie. Call any non franchise shop in the area and they’re 100-130 an hour. He also joked about “let’s see how much money you’re gonna spend today!” What a piece of work, they love to take your money but when you try to get a refund for more than obvious reasons it’s impossible.A nice cherry on top, I was recommended replacing my control arm bushings. When I asked the “technician” which one (forward or rear) he had no idea! I even showed a picture of the two very different looking bushings and he couldn’t tell me which one needed to be replaced. How can you recommend replacing a part when you can’t even tell me which part it is? What a freaking clown. The whole place is a clown show. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
