Great until you use it!Loyal customer (Auto and home) for 5 years then dropped by email with 4-day notice! No call! Thankfully I caught it on my email that that "as of today" I have no coverage! WHAT?I called to speak with Brenda and was told she was not in the office. I asked if it was the SF policy to drop clients through email and the answer was "we texted you a week ago as well. Again, make a call! Even a voicemail would have been better.My total claim activity for 5yrs was 10k. My driving record is clean as a whistle. Overall, this may be a reflection on the Agent and not the company, but I would look elsewhere.

I've had a very positive experience working with Grant Arps at this office. He was very helpful and prompt in helping me acquire new insurance upon moving to Arizona, and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for new coverage to give him a call. Thank you, Grant and State Farm!

What a treat do do business with this office! Grant quoted excellent rates for me and has been professional and responsive to all my concerns every time I have called. I changed bank account numbers - twice - in fairly short order, and Grant just took it in stride and brought me through each process quickly and smoothly. This office provides exceptional service and excellent rates.

Brenda & Grant are the most knowledgeable & professional people I have done business with in years. Brenda talked to me 3 years ago & was unable to secure my business due to a recent claim. When she called me in August of this year I was schocked that anyone would actually follow-thru as she had! Needless to say she secured all by insurance, plus my son's, with better coverage, better pricing & uncovering the fact, after years, that one of my policies was written incorrectly. Recommend them highly!!

State farm was by far the best quote for auto insurance that I got and I tried over 20 different ones and they gave me the best coverage and the lowest price. Michelle is the agent that I worked with and she was awesome very friendly and made sure that I got the absolute best price that I could which was so low for full coverage I just couldn't believe it. I will always stick with State Farm.

Only insurance I've had since day one has been statefarm, when I moved from California I was lucky to have this branch close by again, so far every time I call they don't hesitate to help or keep me up to date on policies.

STAY AWAY! EXTREMELY UNETHICAL! The Brenda Wix State Farm branch specifically. I originally called to have my account moved into my own name from the joint account I had with my mother. I spoke with Brenda and she said it’s already done. No one discussed coverage, the cost, when it would be due, or literally anything related to car insurance. I later called around 2pm and spoke to a woman, not Brenda, to find this information out and was told to look online. Within two weeks, I received a cancellation notice due to overdue payments. I called again and spoke to a guy who sounded like he was genuinely trying to help me out. He apologized for being told to look online and insisted an after hours service was answering their phones. I let him know that I wanted to keep the set date of cancellation because I had purchased coverage with progressive starting on the cancellation date. The next week I called and spoke to the same guy. I paid off the amount I had due from the month of coverage and made sure I wouldn’t be contacted by Statefarm again. He assured me everything was done. The branch then REINSTATED my Statefarm insurance after I specifically checked multiple times that it was cancelled for good. I called to have the reinstated insurance canceled because it is illegal to carry two policies. I spoke to the woman who originally told me to look online. She insisted the guy I had spoken to a few times prior (who remembered me by name when I called this specific branch during business hours) was from the after hours service and said she would backdate the cancellation to the originally set date and that she had no record at all in the system of me ever canceling my policy. I then received a bill for the policy set to cancel in a couple weeks. The policy was reinstated without my permission then set for a future cancellation date rather than being back dated. This branch acts fraudulently and without your knowledge then insists every employee that is not them is part of the Statefarm after hours service. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
