I've been with State Farm for years. This office is great. For one thing, a live person answers the phone and not a machine. They are extremely attentive to my questions and concerns and stay in touch periodically throughout the year. Highly recommend.

I moved to Scottsdale from out of state in 2019 and transferred 4 policies to State Farm from another company. Brock offered me competitive [consumer] policies with solid, comparable coverage. I think that is reasonable to expect from a good agent, and if I never had a claim I would just be satisfied with that. What makes a good agent an excellent agent though is when you have a difficult claim and you feel nervous and anxious, or worse, you're hurt. You may, and probably will need multiple levels of support. Fortunately for me, that's what Brock and his team offer. A feeling that a team of professionals know the forest you're lost in and have your back.

I worked here for a few months and the entire team is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help with any insurance needs you may need. They take the stress and anxiety out of the not-so-fun topics of insurance and ensure that you are aware of all coverages available to you. Plus, SF's rates are very reasonable and why would you want the Walmart's of insurance when you could be backed by a century-old company with the service of a local agency? Nothing but good things to say about this team!

I worked with a young man named Alexander Greco at this office throughout 2022 who never got back to me on the first try. I shouldn't have to reach out multiple times to get answers from someone who is supposed to provide customer service. In an effort to make things work out, I finally asked for someone else who had better customer service and follow-up skills. I was told by this new person (after knowing her five minutes) that I would have to pay a "downpayment" (despite being a one-year customer)--for double the quoted premium--for 15 extra days I didn't need and told me that was the ONLY way they could do it.I checked with other State Farm agencies and found out that this just wasn't true at all. I didn't go out and buy a new car, we've had this inoperable car on our property for more than a year, trying to get it running. They should know better.According to Brock, this agency is literally NEVER wrong and is completely justified about everything. After ostensibly calling to apologize, he began yelling at me on the phone and attacking me personally on Google. How dare I have the audacity to give them a review they completely deserve! Reviews are here to protect others, and that's what I try to do. FIND ANOTHER AGENCY--I DID--because this one is absolutely awful.UPDATEI think you can see from Brock's diatribe what I was dealing with, and Brock did actually yell at me on the phone. He continues to attack me personally instead of taking responsibility. The information about the amount I would have to pay as well as when my policy would have to start was completely incorrect, and I am working with a new State Farm agent now.

I have been with this agency for 8 years and I have had a great experience. They are thoughtful, professional and very helpful and are able to provide me with all of my insurance needs. State farm is the best brand of insurance and Brock T. Quinn is the best agency to go to for State Farm products and services!

Outstanding Customer Service, Exceptional Knowledge, and Personable Communication. Brock was able to create a plan that included far more coverage and quality than my previous provider at a much lower rate.
