Great place to go for baby stuff. They have a great registry process and the employees are very helpful with that. The store is open and inviting and there is a nice selection of items from cloths to furniture to books and toys. TONS of strollers and car seats. They have a lot and they do different holiday/ event displays so you get a lot of variety when you first walk in.

I had over $400 worth of merchandise that I specifically saved to use for a next size up carseat but since they are closing they stopped taking merchandise credit as of May 8th. I only found out this past week they were officially closing. That is so sad for people who worked and planned strategically to use it for large item purchases like this. Shame on you.

Very clean store and super kind workers!! We went in with 25 minutes to close just to peek at a few strollers. The ladies at the checkout were so kind and told us we had plenty of time. James showed us strollers and is super knowledgeable about them! He gave us great advice and listened to our questions. If you need help picking a stroller/car seat/etc., James is your guy!

We were just at this location to buy a set of socks and some bows and when we got to the checkout counter the lady was SO RUDE. We asked a question about how to access our account (that we paid for) so we could get our discount and she immediately started huffing and puffing. After a couple more questions she rolled her eyes at us and rudely interrupted. At this point we told her we would not be purchasing anything and walked out of the store. Find another location.

Don’t buy a stroller here! If there are any issues you will not be able to return it. They will tell you to contact the manufacturer, even with registering with them and the item in on the registry. Stroller is clearly used once and has brake issues on a jogger. This is a safety issue. Go somewhere that will have excellent customer service. Nordstrom sells uppababy and has a better customer service return policy.

Absolutely adore all of the organic clothing brands they carry. I've only gotten clothing here and I have never been disappointed unless they do not have my daughters size. Luckily online they do.

Dale was very knowledgeable about car seats and strollers. Ended up with the Graco DXL premier and can't wait to use it! The store really has everything you need for baby including some excellent deals on kids clothes.

Their picture people is great!!! But not only that, I have a sports sedan and my son outgrew his infant seat. So they brought out each seat I was interested in too see how they all fit in my car since I drive a sport sedan and tight on space. I don’t remember her name, but she gave me a lot of info on each seat I was looking at. She was very friendly and we order the cybex sirona s and she said it would be here next week. It literally showed up this morning not even 24 hours later!!!

I ordered a stroller and car seat set but the color looked off when I got it so I decided to go to the nearest buybuy baby location which is 13 miles away to exchange it to the same item but a different color.I know they price match as well. When I got there, a big guy helped me with the exchange & I asked him if I would be getting it for the same price I paid for the one I’m exchanging with since it’s the same item just different color and he told me no. I also received $50 fund when I bought the item so I asked if I should spend it first before returning the item and he looked at me and said “you’re not getting it for the same price and you’re losing that $50 since you’re returning” I went there to exchange, not return. Very unprofessional, will never return

Danny, Merry, and Tracy are incredible employees! We only shop at buybuy baby and this is by far the best experience we've had. They were extremely helpful, professional, took the time to answer our questions, and were very friendly! We highly recommend this store!

Make sure before you take the tags off something it’s everything you hoped it would be because once tags are off, even with a receipt showing it was purchased a day ago, you can’t return it. Such a disappointment, and huge inconvenience for a new mother. I’ll go back to shopping on Amazon now.

I just gave birth 3 days ago and had a mishap with a breast pump. I was in extreme need of a new one and spoke with the manager Desi who went above and beyond to help. I sent my husband in and he said Desi and Ariel were extremely friendly and helpful and was able to get in and out quickly. We appreciate good customer service always, thank you guys!

Mitch was absolutely wonderful to talk to. I'm a first time mom expecting in October and I've been extremely overwhelmed with things like strollers, car seats, etc. I was previously harassed by sales people at another location that really discouraged me and made me anxious to continue looking. But this location in Scottsdale had a way better selection and Mitch was very friendly and informative without overwhelming me emotionally. He really knows what he's taking about with a large variety of brands - particularly strollers and car seats since that's what I was looking at. But we also looked at a few random toys that he was also knowledgeable about. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my registry shopping and be asking for Mitch if I need to research different types of products. Definitely recommending him for first time parents that are tired of the mom-shaming while trying to learn about all the new parent things!
