I recently stopped by just to look at a ring and was so impressed by the amazing customer service. John assisted me while I was there and created a memorable experience. He was very professional, extremely personable and never made me feel pressured to purchase items I wasn’t there to see. He suggested the perfect pieces based on my personality and vision. I loved that John genuinely cared about my wants and needs and created a comfortable atmosphere for while making me feel beautiful. The perfumes there are incredible. Very unique, unisex and last all day. I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful store. I've always felt welcome by the employees, even strolling in wearing flip-flops and a fishing tshirt. Other luxury brands in this mall feel uninviting, that's never the case at bvlgari. And of course the jewelry is timeless.

This is a beautiful store with stunning products. I was assisted by Terri who was very welcoming and happily showed me everything I came to look at. I never felt pressured or that annoyance you feel coming from some high end sales reps when you aren't the easy sale.I highly recommend stopping by and speaking with Terri.

It's like Rodeo Dr in LA but indoors because it's Arizona. It's a mall, but it's a mall that has every store I could want including Amazon and Apple and even a Tesla dealer. Electric cars not your thing? The Mercedes dealer is across the street and they consider themselves part of the mall. The food court is a little lackluster but that is just due to COVID, I'll be happy with Crepe Club returns.

The best thing about this mall is avoiding it all together why buy items that are saturating the market when you can buy unique , customised designed homewares and accessories here !

In the past during the summer months Nordstrom opened at 9 am. Now they open at 11 am. Why?I will not venture out in the heat, fight the lunch crowd to find parking. Retail is writing its own future.

Excellent mall!! Extremely clean with such a massive variety of shopping available for every budget. A lot of the stores were still closed due to Covid but there were still plenty to choose from!

We had a day in Scottsdale and ate lunch at Shake Shack then decided to walk the food off. I will say that I was shocked to see the state that the mall is in. I knew the mall had been a target of the protests but I didn't know people had made it so far inside. That coupled with the state of the economy has left a lot of stores vacant. There were a ton of stores boarded up and long lines to get in stores such as Victoria secret and Louis Vuitton. There were other stores like Zara that haven't reopened yet which was disappointing since it's one of my favorites. I'm curious to see how long some of these stores are able to sustain with all that's going on.

(6/27/20) A note of commendation for Scottsdale Fashion Square, for making all the right moves in safely and effectively reopening its doors, and for weathering a brief bout of nonsense that left some property damage around. They have reemerged and reopened to the public, and they're looking well! Protective measures are in place to keep shoppers adequately distanced, such as limited capacity in the stores and the requirement of masks to shop. Not every store has reopened just yet, and despite the good-faith shoppers donned in masks, it can be difficult in some areas of the mall to ensure six feet of distance between yourself and the next person. However, as we further delve into our statewide recovery efforts, I expect Fashion Square to continue to maximize functionality and maintain public health awareness. Have a good time, friends, and as always, stay healthy and well.

The mall is crazy right now. Some stores require a mask others have no dressing rooms and no returns. Then you have to wait in line to get into most stores like your at Disneyland. Do yourself a favor and stay home. Well now they are closed
