I’m the customer more than 14 years and they fixed my cars since, and always happy with their jobs. About a month ago I took my Ford Expedition for an oil changed and the service advisor told me that I have to do the cooling system also , as I was trust them I accepted to do it but exactly in very next day when I drove the car and turn on the heater, a very strong smell of the gas coming out the vent and causing the headache for me and my wife. I contacted the mechanic and told him the problem and he denied it and said nothing to do with the cooling system. My car didn’t have that problem since they changed the cooling system. Honestly I’m losing my trust to that mechanic shop after more than a decade and I said again my car was absolutely fine and I just told them to do only oil change.

Had a great experience at Brig Brand Tire on Raintree in Scottsdale, AZ. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle inspection completed and recommended future service based off the inspection and vehicle wear and tear. Had my air filter replaced, it was time. Cody checked me in and wanted me to accompany him on the acceptance inspection, which I thought was great. Gabriella was delightful during my checkout. Overall, a great experience because I treated them like I like to be treated. Thank you.

Tl;Dr: From multiple experiences, they do NOT value your time and frequently run over or even don't get it done at all. Anyway--Both my partner and I have been coming here for maintenance. We brought my partner's car in for an oil change at a 1:15 appointment and we said we'd be back after 5:30 to pick it up (mine you, after declining up charges before they even look at the car, like a power steering fluid flush on a 2021 Corolla with 30k miles). That's 4 hours for an oil change, with an appointment. We show up around 5:40 and wait at least 8 minutes for the one employee to finish with a customer wavering on what tires to buy only to be told that they got backed up and couldn't get to it. I shuttled my partner to and from the store with my car I'm trying not to drive because of a check engine light. All the employee has to say is we could schedule it again for tomorrow. They didn't even call and warn "it's looking like we might not be able to get to it." Like after this experience we want to roll the dice again. I waited 2.5 hours for a "1-1.5 hour wait" the 6mo ago when I came for an oil change. What's the point of scheduling? They do NOT respect your time.

After waiting over four hours for an estimated 1.5 hour oil change (which I had even made an appointment for), I came into the shop around closing time to pick my car up. I didn’t get a call but figured they had forgotten.Nope, they had just not done my oil change at all. Additionally, they tried to upsell me about $400 of fluid flushes that are not recommended in my maintenance manual for another 50k miles/5 years.On top of that, instead of notifying me as soon as I stepped in the door of their shop, they took the time to sell another customer a tire repair and complete several paperwork items (without a customer there at all) before letting me know. I wish they had told me right away so that I did not spend additional time here. It would have taken all of ten seconds.I won’t be back.

UPDATE: I want to thank Paul for assisting me with this matter. The amount of time he took to listen to my complaint and understand where the breakdown happened made me feel like a valued customer. It may sound like an exaggeration, but I felt “rescued” as I was made whole when I did not expect it. I was not entitled, but Paul felt my customer loyalty deserved to repair the relationship. Thank you, Paul and all of the BBT crew. Happy New Year!**What could be worse than a business that will not honor their word? I have, correction, HAD been a customer of C&R Tire since 2014 and stayed with Big Brand Tire because the same staff had been retained. I had replaced my tires and had many oil changes and even my AC repaired here. I always had excellent experience until today.While my car battery was under warranty until October 2025, the “new” character who claimed to be the “assistant manager” (only makes me think of The Office and fake titles) refused to honor it by trying to explain what a business buy out is and how it works. The warranty is by the manufacturer not the car garage but they still refuses to make any effort to replace my battery. Off to AutoZone I went. What the heck am I doing arguing with this “assistant manager”?

The staff at this location are fantastic! From the excellent customer service from the front desk crew to the techs who brought new life into my ride, I am incredibly satisfied. I will be getting my future services done at this location. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire & Service, especially for those who want the job done right the first time, and done well.

If the service every day is as it was this morning, I don't believe their ratings are real. Maybe they had a bad day and I caught the brunt of it. MADE A RESERVATION 7 DAYS AGO. Dropped my car off at 8am for an oil change, an estimate on brakes, and new tires. I called at 11:49 because I was wondering what was taking so long. Nobody ever said it will be 5 hours. Was told Paul would call me back. At 12:15 he called me back with an estimate of over $2300 and said they needed some time to get my car "back together " and he would CALL ME IN 20 MINUTES. 40 mins later at 1pm I showed up because he never called and my car was in a parking space out front of the business. A different guy that helped me check out and get my keys said, "I'm sure Paul called you" Nope, nobody called to tell me my car was ready. He gives me my bill without the coupon applied I gave to them earlier. He had to go back in and apply when I pressed him on it. When I go out to my car, there's no sticker indicating the mileage or the fact that I even had my oil changed. I pop the hood and check it. The oil looks new but I have zero faith in your company's credibility. With the prices you guys charge, everything should be perfect. The only thing you deserve a star for is how nice the guys in the office are. Service and communication were horrendous today.

Paul was fantastic to work with and secured us Michelin tires with just 1 days notice. Our tires were dire! And he managed to work us in to put them on the day they came in. The technician who put them on was thorough and polite and we know worked hard to fit is in! We are very happy with the service and our new shoes! Thank you Big Brand for going over and above! We will definitely buy our tires here again! And they were lower than most prices elsewhere!!

Paul was so polite, helpful, and informative. After trying to get Michelin tires from Costco and another company, Big Brand really came through. I did not have to pay ahead, was able to schedule and order tires and they came in the next day. I was able to get the tires put on the same day they came in, which was a huge relief as I had hour drive to make the next day! They were the most competitive, the price came lower than Costco and others with halloween promo! (and without warranty). I highly recommend!

Been here multiple times now. This used to be a small shop that was bought out. Service advisors are nice. However, every time I have come here I was told a time estimate and then waited nearly double that time. The first time was for installation of two new tires. Today, it was to remove a nail and get a plug. I had a 9:30 appointment and was told it would be 30 minutes, 45 max. I arrived at 9:20 and at 10:45 I am sill waiting. If you value your time, plan to drop off your vehicle and then expect double of any time estimate given.

We just needed air in our tires because every nearby gas station did not have a working air station.Not only did the staff provide service with a smile...they put air in my tires, replaced all of my tire caps because 1 was missing, and it was all done in under 5 mins, for FREE!We already go here for tires, so we are customers, but after this amazing service experience...customers for life!

My AC ran out of refrigerant and without an appointment they were able to recharge the system and complete the repair soon than I expected. I will be returning! Thank you
