My wonderful wife wasn’t paying close enough attention when she was backing up into our parking space and encountered a steel post, which was not intimidated by her skill. Damage to the rear quarter panel was not big but needed repair.
Caliber auto repair is nearby and I stopped for an estimate. They scheduled me to bring the car in for repairs. Everything went smoothly and I was informed by text where my car was the entire time.
I received a text when it was ready and Caliber sent someone to pick me up. Almost too easy. I would recommend them for excellent customer care. My car looks great too!

Took too long to fix. Excuses for parts. A redo of installs. Final paint job was two toned at delivery. What professionals think its ok to say a job is done, tell a customer it is ok for pickup and for that customer to notice issues at walk up. I do not recommend this place. 2nd/3rd chances in this business to fix wrongs is a business/location not worth seeking. We were told to come back to fix it. Trust me. We will come back. They will get it right. This review will still stand afterwards.

I drive a luxury vehicle so I tend to get skeptical about where I take my car but I do not regret this decision at all! They were able to get me in quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Now my car looks amazing and is back to normal with zero concern. The customer service was amazing! Colin and Jelena were great people to deal with.

Bodywork turned out very good. Inside of the vehicle was left very dusty and dirty. Would have been nice to have gotten into a clean car as that’s the way I left it.
