Yesterday was my first visit to this salon to have my eyelashes done. I have been to many other salons and I can definitely say this was the best experience of them all. It was a great atmosphere, nice facility and my Aesthetician was Maricel. She was wonderful. My eyelashes look the best they have ever. She was gentle, caring and approachable. I had such a wonderful experience yesterday with Maricel. She gave me a fill with my lash extensions and it was so very relaxing that I almost didn't want to get up when she was finished. She did an amazing job and I look forward to my next visit!

This place is beautiful and clean, but the best part is the service. I came in with an unsuccessful DIY attempt at making my hair red. It had about 5 different colors in it and my hair was dead. Fortunately, Victoria had an opening that day and was more than happy to help me with color correcting.... and she did the most fabulous job!! Throughout the process, she really took her time, explained what she was doing, and was so kind and friendly. She was professional and never rushed her work... even though my hair needed A LOT of work. She was fun to talk to but most importantly, she made me feel comfortable. She would not let me feel bad about my hair and kept reassuring me it would look beautiful once she finished. She was right, it did! She did WONDERS. After everything I put my hair through, it was sooooo happy to see that Victoria not only fixed my hair but made it healthier than when I came in. Thank you so much, Victoria!! 10/10. I would recommend her. Book her before she fills up!!

2.5 stars would be a more accurate rating. I surprised my wife for her birthday by making appointments for her to get full-set gel nails and a haircut/shampoo. The advertised prices for services were expensive, but I assumed they reflected the quality of work that would be performed. However, this was not the case as the work on my wife’s nails looked very rushed and subpar (see attached pic). The advertised prices on the salon’s website are either inaccurate or misleading. For example, the website clearly states that a full set of gel nails is $55, but we were charged $60. When my wife asked about the additional $5 charge, she was told that it was because she got “gel”, which again, was included in the advertised price on their website. We also had the same issue with her haircut, which was advertised at $65, but we were charged $85. If there was going to be a difference in the advertised price for whatever reason, then it should have been discussed beforehand. Overall, the quality of the services that my wife received did not reflect the quality you would expect with such high prices.Services: Manicures

I love this spa. I go regularly for my nails (gel), and on special occasions for massages and facials. Tanya is the best nail technician and I would never go to anyone else. The whole staff is friendly and the everything is clean. Prices are also very affordable.
