This place is great. When my car got damaged, this shop was willing to accommodate my unplanned visit.
Other cars were in the bays, but they were still willing to give my car top priority attention, so that I could get back on the road as soon as possible. They worked quickly, and as a team, to treat the issue. They don't pressure you to get additional work done with their shop. They advise, recommend, and let you decide, even if you decide to get the work done elsewhere.
They ordered a part that came in the same day when they needed to replace it. That was nice and speedy.
The owner, Charlie, and the front office fella, Jimmer, provided excellent communication and welcoming service.

Complete incompetence. Absolutely destroyed the rocker panels on my Corvette by jacking it up incorrectly. Refused to pay for repairs. Avoid this place at all costs.

Paid $245 just to be told my Audi AC compressor was bad — no report, no scan, no real diagnostic. Another shop charged $179 and gave a full written report. Disappointed.
I was told over the phone that diagnosing why my A/C wasn’t working would take 2–3 hours and cost $245. However, less than 1 hour after I dropped off the car, they told me the A/C compressor was broken and needed to be replaced—for about $2,000.
I questioned why the diagnosis took significantly less time than originally stated, but they offered no explanation. Worse, there was no written report—just a verbal statement that the compressor had failed.
This raises serious concerns about the shop’s professionalism and transparency. I paid $245 for a “diagnosis” but received no documentation and no clear justification for the findings. To make matters worse, I later checked with other shops that specialize in German cars—none of them quoted prices nearly as high as this one.
The entire experience felt rushed, overpriced, and lacking in accountability. I do not recommend this shop.

David was friendly. They unfortunately quoted parts that are marked up too much, even for OEM parts. List price on amazon was less than half of quoted price. Aftermarket parts are half of OEM price, so the overall difference was too much to ignore.

Charlie the owner is very nice, friendly and funny. He really cares and treats my hubby and I like family. Charlie is a happy person and he really tries to see what he can do to help cost wise. David is on top of everything. David is super nice and friendly as well. I would recommend this place if you are looking for an honest and reliable mechanic. Charlie and his crew are amazing. Honest mechanic. I went in thinking my issue was a coolant issue and Bobby called me and explained what was actually happening. Instead of trying to get this business for himself, he explained that this part was most likely under warranty. He was right and I took it into the dealership at no cost for me. I will definitely be trusting them with all my car needs!

Competent Auto Repair Shop
Price, Honesty, Knowledgeable, Efficient
I initially selected CarTech based on the favorable client reviews and price quote to replace the driver door actuator on my 13-year-old Nissan Rogue.
Before the work was started, Bobbie called with an evaluation of my repair and made me aware of an additional part that was worn along with a few regular maintenance items that I was aware were due. The repairs and maintenance were complete in half a day. I was impressed when I went to pick up the car and was shown the worn part that was removed and needed replacing.
Bobbie and CarTech are honest, trustworthy, efficient and provide reasonably priced auto repair. I will be bringing my Nissan back to them for any future maintenance and repairs.

Always do a great job just went in for the second time after some damage to my vehicle and they charged me under $50 for a simple repair rather than going to the dealership and probably having to pay close to a few hundred bucks. Love the place and they always have a lot of respect and humor. Definitely recommend!
