They were tireless and enthusiastic throughout the whole process of helping us in the store and at our home delivering several for us to see in the intended room. This was extremely helpful because of the different interior finishes, furniture, and lighting which all had an effect on the rugs colors.Daniel was very knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and accommodating. “I'm embarrassed to say I went to Lowe's first figuring that it'd be faster and cheaper than a stand alone shop like this one, even with all the great reviews on this site. It wasn't until Lowe's after days of repeated follow up calls to both the third party installer and to the local store, they finally told me the install date wouldn't be for 3 weeks (not even close to my 10-14 day timeline). I called the store and they came out within a couple hours to measure with samples that met my needs. Their quote was 30% cheaper than Lowe's and they were able to help me find a carpet that would be available to install within a week!Installation day went exactly as planned. The installers were pros and were polite and clean.I really couldn't recommend them enough!”
