Just moved in and everything seems great so far. Apartment and amenities are nice and clean and the office staff is fantastic. Especially Drika and Irene both are very helpful and friendly during this process.

Another zero accountability complex. Nope, never lived here but I'm in the process of looking. Looking at the replies to tenants, this complex only cares about the money. How do you call yourself luxury and you don't care about the trash and nasty hallways. Do better FFS or just let the unhoused live there and let the work be the rent. Yall need to do better across the board and stop being to dang on greedy!!!!

Love living here. Very clean, great amenities, leasing office staff is fantastic, specifically Irene, Jennifer and Jaime. They put together great events and are so helpful and happy to help with whatever you need. Best leasing office staff I've encountered, and I've been renting for 9 years.

Drika was super helpful in helping me find the perfect unit that fit my needs. The complex always remains clean and quiet. The amenities included are great as well. It was an easy sell for me to be close to work and Scottsdale.

I came to visit my brother over Thanksgiving and this place was so nice! I got to use the gym, coffee machine, and pool! Never thought I’d be swimming in November but the pool is heated! It was a nice getaway from the 40 degree weather back home. I might consider moving to Scottsdale after graduating and Carter will be at the top of the list. My brother has lived here for 6 months and he’s really happy. Management is doing a great job here.

I’ve been living at the Carter for over two years now. I love the proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, the on-site amenities and the tenant activities initiated by the new management team. I am comfortable and happy here. The main areas of improvement would be overall cleanliness of hallway carpets and trash collection. I heard that the carpets will be replaced so that will be great! Shout out to the friendly and helpful leasing office staff that make me and my doggy feel at home!

I flew in from Texas to tour apartments in the Phoenix area for a week. The Carter caught our attention because of its proximity to Scottsdale and because it seemed like it highlighted some areas of interest for what we wanted out of an apartment complex.
Walking in I was greeted by Irene who was hands down fantastic. Her personality was awesome and we shared quite a few laughs during the tour. She was professional and direct to showing me what I was interested in for a potential apartment. The tour with her was a 10/10.
Although I was slightly impressed with the amenities, I felt there was a huge difference in the care of the building from the main building versus another building we had walked through. The main building the leasing office was in was in pristine condition on the first floor. My concern was when we went up a floor and toured another section of the building. The hallways smelled moldy and/or as if they did not focus on weekly cleaning of the establishment. You couldn't smell any 'valet trash' on the first floor, but going up a floor or to the separate building it was evident there were smell issues. My biggest complaint would be the smell of the hallways. These apartment complexes love the idea of implementing valet trash but don't consider the negative outcomes from it. Had the hallways smelled fresh and if the carpets were actually clean, we would have considered this place further. The apartments were nice, but part of our experience living somewhere is ensuring we don't have to smell other peoples trash on the way home or leaving.
I appreciate the tour regardless but we ended up pursuing an application with another complex.
