A year ago, we lost one diamond from my Cartier wedding band. Took it to this Cartier store and had them replace it. One year later we lost another diamond!! Now that we are questioning their craftsmanship, they are telling us settings that are holding diamonds are worn down and whole thing has to be reconstructed. My question is, why did they not warn us of the ring condition the first time we lost a diamond? Did they not send the ring to authorized reputable jeweler that would inspect the ring when replacing the diamond? (I thought ring would be inspected when you get it cleaned at the store. Am I mistaken??) I now realize that there are no trained/ knowledgeable jeweler or sales associates at this store. Sales associates we dealt with were nice but fairly clueless about service procedures and products. Paying premium for such a mediocre service and experience is not worth it. We were so disappointed in the service that we opted not to do anything with the wedding band and got a whole new one at Tiffany.

I am unsure why there are so many negative reviews. On the contrary of what many others say, I have never felt judged coming here. Mind you, I am a legging and sneaker type of person. I have always been warmly welcomed and offered a beverage.If you are there to only look then you can go in based on how busy they may be. You may not have someone assist you directly but you will get to see everything and possibly get sized if you ask.Definitely due your part and set and appointment before hand if you are serious about purchasing.You can’t expect 5 star service if you can’t set an appt. They have other customers.Another suggestion is speak to a sales associate. I personally have had a wonderful experience with Michelle Kim! I have purchased a few items with her and never once have I felt pressured. On the contrary, she’s been so helpful and feels like a longtime friend.As for the jewelry pieces themselves, DO IT. Never once have I regretted adding a piece to my collection. The quality is phenomenal and their pieces are timeless.

Im still very unhappy with my experience from last year that I realized I never posted a review so here it is! I did send in a formal complaint but never heard back.My husband and I went into this Cartier location with the intention of buying something back in June 2022. We had an idea of the item we wanted, but I still wanted to try other items on. When you walk into a designer store with money in your wallet that you worked so hard to save, you expect nothing short of an incredible experience but that is the complete opposite of what we got.For starters, walking into the store we felt JUDGED by the associate who ended up helping us. She was not happy, pleasant or talkative. I told her we wanted X item but would love to try on other items. She pulled out X item but wasn’t helpful with the process at all. I had to ask the questions instead of her telling me about the item and helping with the sale. Not to mention she literally threw the item onto the velvet container versus gently placing it down. She kept tapping her fingers and foot, and sighing so it was clear she didn’t want anything to do with us. We felt so rushed despite only having been there a few minutes, and I felt bad so we didn’t try on any other items and decided to move forward with the purchase.Sitting down with her was the worst because 1) she LIED to us and 2) put up a fight when we told her our method of payment (cash). Starting with #2… when telling her we wanted to pay cash she straight up said that it would take her 10x as long to process and that we should just pay with credit card so we can get the points. We were so over her so we agreed. Towards the end I was feeling anxious because I felt like the item was too big on me, but she assured me that I can bring it back any time in the next 30 days to exchange for a smaller size. I doubled down on this and asked if there was anything we needed to be aware of to ensure this exchange would be possible, she said no. You can wear it as much as we wanted and bring it back to exchange if needed.We were only there for MAYBE 15 minutes - that’s how rushed we were. So that was disappointing to say the least. The next day we went back because I decided I wanted a smaller size and they turned me away because I had been wearing the item and there was clear wear signs on it. I told them the associate from yesterday didn’t say anything about this and that if I knew that I wouldn’t have worn it all day.The whole experience was horrible. I’ve vowed to never buy from Cartier ever again and I tell anybody who will listen to me about this experience. They clearly profile people based on how they look and what they’re wearing, and if you don’t fit their criteria they’ll be rude to you and rush you. It was so disappointing. I’ve heard that the Cartier stores in Europe don’t act like this, so I’d recommend waiting until you can make it overseas to purchase from this brand.

Had an amazing experience with Arefa Ogaz when I was visiting AZ. I didn't have an appointment, but upon entering the store, was greeted promptly and taken care of by Arefa. She was so kind and really took the time to get to know me. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases, and told her I will definitely go see her the next time I am in town. Thank you Arefa, for taking care of me and making me feel special!

Loved hearing that my friend was totally profiled. Why? Because he wasn’t up to your standards? But yet other people were let in seconds before him and not to mention his gf was inside and told the security that he was meeting her inside.NOPE. Wasn’t good enough apparently.So disappointed and disgusting behavior.Do better, or hire better employees!!

Michelle Kim is fantastic! She was friendly, personable, and wasn’t pushing us to purchase the more expensive item we were looking at (as happens often with sales people). She was patient when I was indecisive and truly made the experience memorable and enjoyable!

I went in for two Cartier love bracelets. I had made an appointment and upon arrival I still had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. My consultant was nice, however, the customer service was not exceptional. For the amount of money I had spent that day, I could have at least been offered a drink. Also, the interior of the store is not well-kept like the other Cartier stores I have been to.

Came in on my birthday 1/23/2023 and was pleasantly surprised with how nice the store was. I made an appt online and Sarah helped me. Let me tell you she set the bar high with her customer service! I’ve ordered online from the brand in the past but I’ve never been in the store. She made this experience one I won’t forget. Very personable and down to earth! Ask for Sarah! Highly Recommend

I had my first Cartier experience today. I was actually prepared for a bad experience after hearing online horror stories from other stores but it was the most wonderful customer experience I have ever been part of. I made an appointment ahead of time, which is almost required because it is a busy store. When I arrived there were a lot of people there but I was warmly greeted at the door and told I could look around until a SA was available. I didn’t have to wait long. Arefa was my SA and she was AWESOME! She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The necklace I bought I wanted to add length to so she made sure to check and double check for the right length and making sure I was happy with how it would wear. She was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She also took time to show other jewelry items and watches. She explained the craftsmanship behind them and how each wears differently. She even contacted me after to share information about some pieces that she thought would interest me. It was the luxury experience that I had hoped for and my jewelry is so beautiful and special. I will definitely be working with her in the future!

I recently had a WONDERFUL experience at the Cartier at Scottsdale Fashion Square! Jennifer and Scarlett were beyond helpful. They went above and beyond to make my experience in their boutique enjoyable. They had great inventory and superior customer service. I am looking forward to shopping with them in the future.
