Deli section is probably the only good thing about this place. The service is sketchy.Every time I come, I asked for something and get 1) more than I requested (by weight), 2) they don't listen 3) overcharged.Example - I asked for the Bulgarian feta - they charged for French (+$3/ lb). When I call it out, they said "I have you French, is that ok". No it's not, and I watched you give me the Bulgarian feta. But what the fudge ever.I just got home. It was definitely the Bulgarian. They do this with the olives and other stuff too . Beware

Bought baklava here today because I cannot find it anywhere and it is a gift for someone. Big hit! They loved it! I tried it, too, and it is fantastic! My 1st time visiting - and looks like there are many other breads and treats to enjoy. I will be back for more baklava.

Fantastic spot! The built-in oven is a standout. While visiting from the East Coast, I couldn't snag much of the bread due to the high volume of orders. Nevertheless, the small portion I managed to get was delightful, and it received rave reviews from everyone.

Great market. Fabulous authentic nuts and snacks. BUT their hours are not updated. We've gone a few times when Yelp says they should be open to find them closed.

They use to have such good sangak bread!! But lately has been awful!! Have they changed the backer? Or the ingredients? Have no idea and when I mentioned to lady at the cashier she made a face and gave an attitude. For almost $5 each I expect better quality. I don’t care she argues that everything is the same, the bread dose not look or taste the same. I am really hoping who ever is in charge or the owner takes this seriously. Thank you ?

I really love this Persian Market, it has really unique foods on the shelves and it's great place to buy lamb and goat at a reasonable price. The store is efficiently run and if you get lost or need help finding things the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been coming here off and on for about 3 years. It is relatively small store with a lot of produce in it. They have a small butcher shop in the back of the store and they cook food in house. Also there is a bakery in the front where they sell fresh pita bread and classic Persian desserts and treats. The store can get crowed in the afternoon and parking is very limited. It's basically a three in one parking lot. Because you have the Persian room next door and the Black Bear Diner across the lot. Worst case you park in the Black Bear Diner lot. Overall this is really cool Persian market in the north Scottsdale area.

Loved this market with a wide selection of foods to choose from in the deli, produce, meats, frozen section and dried goods from fruits to vegetables and the homemade bread was excellent, fresh out of the stone oven. Fresh pastry case adjoins the counter with bread. We keep going back for a delightful experience.

Love this store. Good selection of middle eastern goodies. Freshly baked brad is simply addictive, one of the best tzatziki’s I have ever tried, Napoleon cake and baklavas are to die for.

This is a great place to find Middle Eastern spices, and the store as well equipped with all of the ingredients she might need for some of your Middle Eastern cooking dishes, and the deli is great

Everytime I visit Pheonix I look forward to go and pick up some Iranian bread at this store, however this time the experience made me feel so upset. I called before getting to the store to make sure they had bread baked so I dnt have to wait so I can make it to the airport for my flight safely and I was assured that is not a problem since we have baked enough. I get there and ask at the cashier for 4 bread and this older lady very loudly says you have to wait since we need to bake some, and I got curious to ask since the other person on the phone was so confident that they have enough bread that I just mentioned that I called earlier before getting here to make sure you guys have enough so I dnt have to wait and at this point she just starts screaming in a rude tone that customers bought it all and you have to wait!!! I told her I just mentioned that because I was told over the phone there is enough bread and just come and she still continuos to scream at me. I was not even loud or rude or anything while mentioning all this, I was so shocked by their customer service and how they treat their customers!!! I had not ever encountered such an arrogant and rude behavior before from any local business. I felt humilated by her screaming on top of her lungs at me in front of everyone that I had to walk out of the store although I had planned to do some more persian grocery shopping from this store. If you do not have social skills of how to have human interaction please stay in the back rather than screaming at customers! I am still wondering why she was so rude to me when all I did was I just asked her a question.

Food was good. Our server was good.Other staff members were non-resposive and didn't care because we're not at the sections. Not sure about the bread either. Definitely could use a better recipe or better bakers or maybe both!
