⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable experience.
While I want to acknowledge the front desk staff they were genuinely friendly and attentive, and if I could rate reception separately, they’d get a solid 3 stars. My advisor John was polite too. But let’s be real: no one brings their car to a collision center just for good customer service at the desk. We’re here for quality repairs and that’s where this place failed miserably.
I am the original owner of my vehicle. I bought it brand new, and I know every inch of it every mark, scratch, and dent. This car is not just transportation; it’s one of the biggest investments I’ve made. So imagine my shock when I noticed clear, new damage to the roof; damage caused by someone at the shop placing a heavy part directly on it. Even worse, they tried to claim it was already there. That level of dishonesty and carelessness is not just disappointing; it’s downright disrespectful.
To make matters worse, two days after picking the car up, I realized the two right tires they replaced were the wrong size. While they did fix that issue once I pointed it out, the fact that the car sat in their shop for nearly three months and no one caught that mistake is outrageous. I had to take more time off work, sit in their lobby for hours, and deal with even more disruption all while knowing they refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused to my roof.
This was my first and definitely last time bringing my vehicle to this repair center. Yes, the receptionists were great but that doesn’t make up for the negligence, denial of fault, and the out-of-pocket cost I now face to repair their mistake.
Bottom line: Avoid this place if you care about your car and want to avoid being gaslit and left with damages that they won’t own up to. Friendly faces at the front desk can’t fix a botched job in the back.

I dropped my vehicle off January 1 picked it up at May 21. The body looks OK but the steering is not correct the car steering wheel points to the left when you drive it and it also wonders and weaves but not the front of car its the rear of the car that does it, feels like you’re pulling a trailer or driving in a wind storm Please help⛈️

They have had my vehicle for over a month after a 2 week estimate, now waiting on 2 parts as of 3/25 I had to get a rental car for the time they had my vehicle which is normal. I got my rental car for 4 weeks exactly no more no less. My vehicle was not ready by that time so i had to return my rental. They did give me a rental to compensate me which they told me they do not do. They told me my car would be ready 4/10 Tuesday. That is not the case clearly. Always dodging calls will not call back you have to literally show up and catch them off guard which i shouldnt have to do. They order parts from ebay not the dodge/mopar website. So who knows how the parts really are, are they used or new? If insurance is involved don't you have to use 100% guaranteed parts? Are we still waiting on the two parts that I know dodge has down the street from you guys?

All indications upon pick-up are that Chapman Collision did an excellent job in repairing an almost new car that was badly damaged. Personnel were easy to work with and followed through as needed to this date.

I received OUTSTANDING service from Chapman today! So thankful for their entire team. Had a excellent experience and I will be recommending their services to everyone I know!!As I was driving to work today, my spare tire blew out turning onto McDowell road. I quickly pulled into the closest parking lot I could find (Chapman Collision Center). As I ran around trying to find someone to apologize to for leaving my car in the middle of their front entrance, Tom approached me and asked if everything was okay. I explained my problem and Tom quickly started to strategize a plan for me. He was very friendly, helped me move my car to safety then introduced me to Johnny. Johnny checked out my tire with more of the guys from the team and told me that I had a blade stuck in my tire and would need to buy a completely new tire. I told Johnny that my tire was bought at Costco and that I had a warranty for the tire there. Without any hesitation Johnny said, hold tight I'll pick you up and I'll take you and your tire to Costco. After I arrived back to Chapman with my new tire the entire team was there to greet me, Tom and Johnny walked me to my car, had one of their technicians install my new tire, made sure everything looked good and let me on my way without charging me a dime!!!This team is PHENOMENAL. From Tom, to Johnny, Nicole at the front desk to the technicians in the back, I am so thankful my car broke down in their parking lot. It's so nice to know that there are people in the world that will still help others out of the kindest of their heart. Chapman Collision Center Scottsdale turned my potentially horrible day into a pleasant experience and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them.Thanks for everything Chapman Collision Scottsdale!!!

I came in to Chapman early in the week for an estimate on some scraping on the side of my truck.Don't expect to see anyone to take a look on the spot - you'll need an appointment.I showed up on time for my 1:00pm appointment. It was raining outside with some lightning. I waited in the lobby until 1:20, at which point a service manager came out aggressively "scolding" me for being there. He said, and I quote, "It rains twelve days a year here, it might start hailing, why can't this wait for Monday?".Ok sir, I was just standing in the lobby waiting for my scheduled appointment, not complaining or anything. What a ridiculous, strange, and unprofessional interaction. Just tell me at 1:00 that you want to reschedule due to weather. Or better yet call me in advance, pull the truck into a garage, many solutions.I would suggest to potential customers - don't burden Chapman with your business or presence in their lobby. Would hate for them to go out of their way to, you know, help the customer.PS It's 1:40 now and the sun is shining. These guys are insufferable.

Overall as a Ford dealership, this location is the best in the Scottsdale area for collision repair and overall service. They have a good size staff so they’re able to do service without a long delay as you’ll find other locations. Everyone I have met at the collision ctr and the service location have always been positive and easy to work with.

The little triangular plastic cover by the side mirror fell off my car - Chapman Collision got a new cover & attached it the next day. Super kind, helpful, and efficient!
