This is the only dealership in the valley I will be bringing my Jeep wrangler to for service in the future. My recent experience with Robert was beyond stellar. I cannot recommend Chapman enough; their commitment to customer service was unparallel to three other valley Jeep dealerships I had used previously. Communication is key, and Robert was on point from start to finish. If your Dodge Chrysler Jeep or Ram needs service, visit Chapman, ask for Robert, you will not regret it.

I just received “WOW “ customer service from Jim in the parts department.As a lifelong parts person, I was floored at the team process and levelof service in filling a large order and ordering special order parts during the strike.I had a long time parts list, Jim stayed on the phone and discussed each part as the numbers often change. He checked his stock as well as warehouses for each.It turned out, they had everything except one part. I placed the order.Jim called me less than an hour after placing the order that I could pick it up.WOW

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here a few days ago. I live two hours away and had to come back in a few days because they needed to do a safety inspection and detail the car. I drove two hours to go back home and wait for the Jeep to be ready, then drove two hours again to get back to he dealership. They handed us the keys and pushed us out the door, it felt like.on the way home I had to turn on the headlights and discovered that they don't work, only the fog lights and one of the brights. Also the hazards turned on when I used the right blinker. Not sure how these issues can escape a safety inspection? The dealership is very slow getting back to us, and now I have a vehicle I can't drive at night. The car is also very dirty, I feel like they vacuumed it but that is it, the glove box is dirty, all the door panels are dusty etc.

Last two engagements with Chapman have been a disappointment. The wait for service was two long and then when the car was finally in the service center, it waited 4 days before being seen. No loaner car available so paid for a rental. Said they couldn't diagnose without a battery. They charged $411.00 for a battery. Then said it would be another $357 to tell me why the speakers weren't working and I would need to come back. I have a premium Mopar warranty, and they said they looked up the codes and nothing was covered. Come to find out, Mopar said they were supposed to call them, and yes speakers should be covered along with the rental car. However since I left it would now be two incidents with seperate deductibles instead of one. After the battery was installed the speakers started working and I decided not to return to get the tire stem replaced. Called the service mgr and asked for compensation for the wait, wrong diagnosis, failure to utilize the warranty and just incompetence. I was told they would refund $97.50 labor for the battery, which leave $54 uncounted for as the battery was $260.00. The mgr said I would see a refund in a week, he would call in a couple days, and yes, you guessed it, out of sight out of mind. What a waste of time. In reality they should be refunding $151.00, plus my car rental.

Need a new Vehicle? Ask for Clay Black! I was so anxious about getting into a new/used vehicle, however Clay was easy going and extremely patient with me through out the entire process. I left today feeling safe, comfortable and happy with my purchase! I couldn’t have had a better sales man! Everyone I had the pleasure of coming into contact with was so polite and informative and made the overall experience a great one! I definitely recommend you stop in and speak with Clay for your next car buying experience!

Worst experience I have ever had with service anywhere. I purchased a new truck, service plan and extended warranty. Part of the contract is to have a loner or a rental available for me, never comes through! Call to schedule service it takes days for them to even look at the truck. They recommended all types of services but none are covered by the extended warranty or service plans. Terrible communication, takes multiple phone calls to speak to anyone. Everyone has been dismissive and rude. If you want to be treated with descent or respect I would take your business elsewhere! Would NEVER do business with them again!!!

Terrible experience. You call to arrange service and you show up and they have no idea who you are or why you are there. Extremely unhelpful. Sales team sat down with me and circled my new car and said the only thing not covered is new tires... found that to be a blatant lie as my trim is warped and they say sorry not covered that will be $500+, what a racquet! If you appreciate honesty, transparency and good service this is NOT the place for you!!!

Excellent service department experience. The service I paid for was done professionally and promptly. The three safety recalls were done as promised & documented. I did have to wait for parts to come in for the recalls, but once they were received at the dealership they contacted me and the appt was set. I'm very pleased with Chapman RAM service and I will continue to use them despite there being a RAM dealer closer to me. Professionalism & punctuality are what I look for in all service providers.

Do not use this dealership. I bought a used car there a 2011 Ford Edge. Yes, I know it's used, and I may have some issues, however within the 15 days of owing the car it almost over heated. I had it towed to a Ford dealership near my house. They looked at and said it needed 5k in repairs. Basically, the whole cooling system is shot. I called Chapmon and they said they would not help with the repairs but I could bring to them, and they could see if they could do it cheaper. There is a AZ Lemon Law for used car's and it states that there is an implied warranty for the 15 days or 500 miles from purchase whichever comes first. They will now not return any of my calls or emails! Do not use them!

So my review is unconventional because it’s not about the dealership it’s about a sales member. My husband and I started our journey at the Dodge dealership, but ended up purchasing a Durango from Volkswagen. Our salesman Clay was by our side, answering questions, making sure we understood the process being first time buyers. Kind of our middle man during the whole process! Volkswagen needed a week to get everything with the car situated. Clay checked in almost daily on our vehicle and made sure we were updated! A few days after taking the Durango home we unfortunately had issues and needed to bring it back to get some work done. Clay was at Volkswagen within minutes of us being there to check on us and see if we needed anything. His commitment to making sure we were good is not heard of in terms of customer service anymore. 100 Thank yous to Clay.

I recently went to Chapman for an oil change. I have a 2020 Jeep Cherokee and bought out my lease a few months ago, so I need to keep the car in tip-top shape now that it's officially mine! I moved to Scottsdale from Buffalo just under 2 months ago and knew I would need too find a reliable Jeep dealership - I prefer dealerships in the event I need a warranty repair or if there's a recall. I live just down the street from the Scottsdale Auto Show and saw Chapman had a Jeep dealership inside - how convenient, since it's just a 2 minute drive for me!I submitted an appointment request online and an associate called me the following morning. I was happy to learn that their service department is open 7 days per week, while most dealerships I've worked with are rarely open on weekends. They also offer a shuttle service if needed at no extra charge. I ended up scheduling an appointment for early Saturday morning. When I drove to the facility, you drop off the vehicle in a large garage and a sales associate greets you at the door, which is very nice. I then hung out in the lounge area, which is next to the show room. The lounge is impressive - there are multiple televisions, plenty of comfortable seating, along with vending machines and FREE coffee. There is also free wifi for those who need to get work done. While waiting, there was a slight delay as the team discovered I needed a new engine filter and rear wiper blade during their multipoint inspection - they sent me a link to the actual report and the cost. They give you the option to forego various repairs, but I was not in too much of a rush so I elected to get the work done.Though it took a couple of hours, I was able to make it to the gym right on time and had a productive Saturday. I was very pleased with the service department and will plan to use them the next time I need an oil change or other maintenance work!

We purchased a new 2023 Jeep from Chapman Jeep. I dealt with Peter, the internet sales manager out of the gate. He then handed me off to one of his guys, wish I could remember his name, young guy, really laid back which was refreshing. He didn't over-promise and under-deliver which can happen especially with auto sales. We had a great experience, I would recommend buying your Jeep here if you are looking for a relaxed, laid back, experience.

I've been taking my 2020 ram, 2500 Cummins to Chapman since I purchased it. The service has always been great, I've been working with Joey the past few visits and highly recommended him.
