Chase Bank and this location in particular treated me like a criminal they wont cash a check from their own issued bank! Won't open an account due to a fraud alert from 2012. I explained I've never had a chase account. Then they proceed to have me file a claim to correct their records that are inaccurate. There was no customers in line. Just 5 branch workers that didnt want to work on a friday? Waste of time and space. And if anyone is a criminal I believe it's chase. Didnt you get bought by JP Morgan? Only around because of tax payers. And I am one of those tax payers. Thank god for online banks! Cant wait till these useless "banks" that thrive off of fees disappear already.

Worst banking experience. This location would not cash a check issued by them. Wouldn't allow me to open an account. And asked if I was a US Citizen without even an application in had. 5 bankers stand around doing nothing. They don't cash their own checks and so t open accounts. What are they in business for?

I came in to the bank regarding some fraudulent charges on my card. I told that to the lady who greeted me. Instead of finding someone who can help me with what I asked for, she sat me down on the desk in a cube and dialed customer service for me. The whole point of me coming into the bank in person is that I want to take care of this matter quickly and don’t have to wait for customer service and the whole long process. Funny thing the customer service I spoke told me it would be faster for me to go into a branch in person and sign a form that allows them to begin the charge reversal process. This lady told me she doesn’t know what form it is and just stared at me. I told her to find someone who can help me. 5 min later she came back with no additional help and said she’ll call customer service again. I have wasted so much time here. This bank looks like they don’t care about giving customer service and clearly their staff lacks training and don’t know how to handle simple situations like this. I am very disappointed, this is the worst branch I’ve been to.

I went in to open up an account, they said they couldn't today . There was 28 min from when I walked in to do it . Everyone was just sitting around waiting for clock out. They spent time trying to decide what to do because it was obvious no one wanted to take the time to open an account instead they were all just waiting to close. Terrible customer service .

This location is good, friendly staff, I find myself almost never waiting to be helped. The only knock I have when visiting this location is there isn't a drive up ATM and if you take the nearest exit, there's not much wiggle room as far as getting out.

Jude is the best! She had a customer giving her a hard time before she saw me. She took a little time to gather herself and treated me with the best customer service and I’ve experienced in some time.

The Chase Bank near my house (Tatum and Cactus) will never pick up the phone and in person they have zero customer service skills. The Chase Bank at (Scottsdale and Shea) is far more friendly and helpful, there customer service is excellent. I go out of my way to use this bank over the one I live next too.

I really like the vibe at the chase bank Off Scottsdale road and Shea Boulevard. Lots of positive energy inside. The staff is super friendly and the inside of the bank is really nice. This might need to be my go to bank. Will be back again next week

I went to this chase bank to open my company business account. It was a five-star experience from start to finish. Both Jude, and Michael, were very helpful and detailed and didn’t mind explaining things to me. I am so happy to have them as my bankers.

I am a Chase Private Client. I went into this branch today to open an additional account and ALL of the branch staff were in a meeting and the teller informed me I'd have to come back and they couldn't break from their meeting. So now I have to drive to another branch or come back. Internal meetings should be held during open bank hours or at least you should service your customers as a priority over your meeting. Very poor customer service.

These people have no idea how what customer service means. Calling ahead to ensure everything is ready for you to access your safety deposit box, and your get there to find, surprise, they changed the rules. Go home and get another form of ID.

Pretty spacious for the inside despite looking a bit dated. Still, staff is friendly and they are knowledgeable in the products and service that they provide. There is plenty of parking outside, but at the time I went, there was construction outside for the shopping complex which sort of hinders the desire to be at that shopping center. I didn't see any restrooms for customers when I went inside, but then again I know few banks that do - likely a security risk for the business so it's sort of understandable.

The staff here is awesome! I know all of them, and when I go in, they are quick and very personable. They all have such a great sense of humor, and we end up laughing together the whole time! Makes my everyday deposit a super fun time!!
