Worst location ever. Racist bankers here. Was the only non Caucasian client waiting and the broker skipped over me for an elderly client and then side eyed me. I have been a chase client for a long time, but the last couple of years dealing with this branch I’ve been moving my assets elsewhere due to this behavior.

Bank is temporarily closed it says. Just marking this so others don’t come out of their way here like I did. I’ll delete once I see it’s opened back up.

I took my son in to this branch because we were having a hard time getting his account set up online. Luis took us back right away to help us, even though we did not have an appointment. He was very kind, patient, and helpful in showing my 13 year old son how to use his new account and ATM card. Thank you Luis!

If you are in the mood to stand there for 10 minutes, while employees stare at each other in confusion, or you'd like to have to call them in order for them to help you at the drive-thru window... then this is the bank for you!

Wish the banks had longer hours, otherwise the atm is friendly!

I visited the Bank to open new account. I took an online appointment and Ms. Nikolli (Bank Officer) called me to confirm about the appointment and checked what account I want to open. She informed me to bring few documents to avoid any hassle. I was having some urgent office work so she was accomodative enough to reschedule the appointment for the next day.The process of account opening took around 45-50 mins were she explained everything about different options and account details.

We set an appointment with Derek Pastorino to notarize some documents. As soon as we walked in at 4:30pm and Derek saw the documents we needed notarized, he immediately tried to have a co worker notarize as he saw there were about 15 pages that needed to be notarized. Unfortunately that co-worker was tied up doing other things so he proceeded to tell us that he could not complete them because it would take 10-15 minutes past closing time. We were never informed that the appointment needed to be set earlier in the day so that Mr Pastorino could get off at 5pm on the dot. Considering we have been chase customers for over 15 years I am extremely disappointed that Derek was not able to go the extra mile and help a dedicated customer out with some simple documents. Now we have to reschedule, which we will be doing with another branch as this was a complete wasted drive of 20+ minutes. We have not had horrible customer service at any other branch, so we will be marking this one off the list as “Do not expect any employee at this branch to work with you if it at all inconveniences them”. As he informed us that they would not be able to complete the notary for us, he never once asked if we wanted to reschedule and come in at an earlier time to get the job completed. No help, no customer service and no solutions offered to get us taken care of. I would shy away from getting anything done at this Chase (Tatum&Bell) as you will likely be disappointed with employees who have no motivation to take care of their customers even as you have been motivated to remain a customer for over 15 years.

Long story short; I put $1550 in the ATM and received an error code which resulted in my deposit failing and me also not getting my money back.Obviously I went immediately to the manager (Pezhman). He was unbelievably careless about the situation. He brushed me off by being SO courteous as to dial the credit card customer service phone number (incorrect one by the way) and then run off to his lunch break. They were unable to help as they deal with credit card issues and not FAULTY ATM's. Moron.Elizabeth (NOT a manager) stepped up and was AMAZING! She was so sympathetic and such a problem solver. She sat with me for two hours making several phone calls and accessing all her resources to get a solution. She was able to track down the transaction and get me a temporary credit. As she's on the phone with support to finalize my credit, Pezhman comes back from his lunch break and PHYSICALLY tries taking the phone from her and tells her that she's needed at the counter.Hey Pezhman, how about YOU hop behind the counter because you are quite utterly useless as a manager. The most frustrating thing is seeing Pezhman brush me off and not try to utilize a single one of the resources available to the bankers that I had seen Elizabeth using. Technology sucks and can be faulty but please hire better management staff. Better yet, drop Pezhman and put Elizabeth in his place.

Didn't get the notary serive for valid documents. Was advised to do it elsewhere. Ended up costing me $50 outside. Wasted an hour of my time having to drive up to the branch for a scheduled appointment. Been a customer in the bank and disappointed with the service at the branch

Chase is so cheap! They don't have an employee that can change my account. I have to make an appointment because they don't have normal staffing, just ppl to deposit checks and such.

You must have an appointment for almost everything. At the 7th Street and Bell location in Phoenix, they have an employee standing at the front door telling you that you need an appointment and what they can not do rather than helping you. I'm considering leaving Chase after more than 20 year relationship.

Terrible branch. I have several Private Client accounts at Chase. While cleaning out my fathers home after his passing, came across large amounts of loose change. Went into this branch to try and deposit. Waited to speak with the Private Client banker for help. There was a woman acting as gate keeper for the banker and when I explained why I was there and the circumstances she could not have been more rude. I didn’t even finish my explanation before she told me to go get in line for the tellers. When I explained that it was loose she said that they couldn’t take it unless it was rolled. No apology, no kindness, no sympathy. Then she simply looked at me until I turned around and left, practically in tears. Meanwhile, the banker in his office sat there and watched the whole thing. It’s hard enough going through difficult circumstances without rudeness on top of it.I called my other bank (US Bank) and they told me to bring it in that they would send it to their vault for counting and deposit free of charge.

This bank was my favorite bank until today. Todays transactions was treated with total disrespected after doing same thing for 5 years. ☹ However, this bank is still my bank.
