I love this Chase Branch. I had issues with my bank account. I met with Yuliya Branch Manager & Maddie Lertzman. WOW 5 Stars service. Both went above & beyond to help us get the issues figured out plus resolved. Can’t thank both of you enough ?

Worst branch. Avoid going here at all costs. We made an appointment with a banker at 2pm, when we arrived we were told that the appointment was actually at 2:30. We weren't sure if that was true as we were pretty sure we made it for 2pm. Anyway we waited. While we were waiting, two bankers were chatting in an office nearby instead of helping us and a man who walked right in went before us. By 2:40 it was clear we weren't going to be helped so we left. No apology, no acknowledgement. Don't waste your time here.

I have never been able to reach this branch over the phone. The lobby greeter should be repurposed if phone calls are going unanswered.

If your closed at 3 on a Thursday non holiday, update your hours online. This has happened 3 or 4 times at your location. Google says you’re open.

I had such an unpleasant experience and this branch. As a former employee, I know the steps needed to help someone that doesn’t have their ID or debit card with them. I came into this branch knowing they’d be able to help me, little did I know that I would have had such a hard time. The first AB who helped me did not bother to help me at all and said that I need my ID or card or could use my mobile wallet at their ATM. I had mentioned to her that I didn’t have either of those and my mobile wallet was not working at their ATMs. I asked her why she wasn’t able to ask me security questions, (thinking if policies had changed for whatever reason) and she literally said I can get back in line and wait for the other AB assisting to help me. I was shocked but said hey maybe she’s new, maybe she doesn’t know….. WELLL that wasn’t the case, I was now getting helped by GLORIA, I let her know the same situation and she proceeds to bring up my account. I wasn’t asked 3 or more Security Questions, I was asked one and when I was going to answer it, looking at my bank app, she said I couldn’t use my app. I mentioned I could give her my address, last four of my ssn, several other questions she could have asked me, even one of the last places I bought food from and instead she proceeded to say that she didn’t want the information coming from my application. This is where I was the most frustrated and confused. I asked her why or what the policy was because as a former employee and all the Chase banks I’ve worked at and even visited, no one has ever told a client that they weren’t allowed to log onto their app for their information. It was handled very unprofessional and although I appreciate that Chase protects their customers, I believe that these employees all need to be trained the same and on the same page when it comes to their policies.

The staff here did not want to help I came in asking about my card not working and withdraw some money after I was helped I asked could you order me a new card since I'm here right now and I was just told you can do it on your mobile app they offer to show me where on the phone but couldn't make the effort to do it on their computer.
