If you want to get judged for not being a size 0 or profiled and treated like a homeless person, this is your place!!!
My wife was in the changing room and two of the workers were outside of the room talking about how they need more size 0's because "People in Scottsdale are attractive. We aren't fat slobs like the rest of the country."
About that time I came walking into the store to meet her. The lady up front looks at me in my t-shirt and shorts and says "You should take a seat up front." When I asked why, because I saw other men back by the changing room, she responded "I just think it would be better as to not make the ladies nervous", as she looked at what I was wearing. Like a scene out of Pretty Woman. However she was clearly overlooking the $500 Prada sunglasses and the $8000 IWC Portofino timepiece on my wrist.
When my wife and I shared our stories, she dumped the almost $1200 in clothes she was planning and I walked out, making sure they judgmental lady up front knew exactly why.
The other locations have always been great. This one needs to be smacked down to size.

Me and BONNIE COME INTO THE STORE IN KIRKLAND ALOT WE ARE VERY THANKFUL AND BLESSED FOR ALL OF THE LADY'S IN STORE THEY ARE GREAT REALLY APPRECIATE THEM THEY TAKE THERE TIME WITH BONNIE WHO IS HEARING IMPAIRED WHEN WE WALK INTO STORE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP FOR THIS WE SAY THANK YOU ? While I was in the store the staff were helpful and friendly. They assisted me with finding what I wanted and made the shopping experience seamless. I would definitely recommend this location based on the service, location and well-stocked showroom.

Last night I visited Chico's at Kierland and was most fortunate to have the assistance of Bert, a lovely and amazing sales associate. I was shopping for a gift for a family member and I did not know her size.. Bert thoughtfully suggested that if I had her telephone number she could research and see if had a shopping history at Chcco's. And she did and I now knew her size! After I gathered the four items Bert carefully wrapped the clothes in tissue but the store only has boxes at holiday time and I needed to mail the present. Bert found the perfect size box for shipping, offered me an enclosure card and said she would take careof the mailing because she also worked at a UPS office. I was overwhelmed with her extraordinary service! And 24 hours later I am still thinking abouther warm professionalism and outstanding service!! Thank you, thank you Bert.
