Knowledgeable and helpful. I have a cigar almost every day. Wanted a referral for a $20 cigar instead of my $25 Empress of Sheba, which they dont carry. Referred a Plasencia Sixto, which is great! Military discount would be appreciated tho.

I had a great experience here a few nights ago. A guy named Sam was staffing the store and he made me feel at home even as a newbie. Gave me space to browse but still offered help and was great at asking the right questions and communicating things in a way that was easy to understand.
He steered me to a style of cigar called a lancero that I probably never would've pulled off the shelf on my own. But I bought a couple and they were excellent.
The bar and lounge have a great environment. Very relaxing while at the same time having a pretty lively vibe between the smoking area, the bar, and the poker table near the back. It was cool. Had a lancero and a couple beers and headed out as a happy customer. Definitely will visit that place again.

Phx has no shortage of cigar lounges. With that said the Scottsdale location is a cut above the rest.
Robust humidor, great selection of drinks, and excellent service. I would highly recommend for locals and visitors.
