This is the dirtiest, grossest place I've ever been. God forbid you need to use the bathroom that smells heavily of pee. I always leave this place wanting to go bathe in a bath of cleaning solution. So, so, SO gross which is odd seeing as its in the uppity part of scottsdale. Ew.

Worst Circle K I have ever visited!Total pit! Dirty everywhere. Went at 10:00 am and all the trash was over flowing by the pumps, trash scattered everywhere. Had to go inside to get my gas receipt and the clerk was unwelcoming. I would be afraid to even enter the bathroom. Definitely need a clean up, power wash the sidewalks, everything!! What a awful statement especially for Scottsdale!

This is for all Scottsdale locations. Whatever genius installed self checkout so your lazy unkept workers can eat, smoke and say wise cracks. Some of the worst shopppng experiences in my life. Where do you do the hiring skid row?

My friends and I were visiting from California and were unaware of any liquor laws pertaining to having a vertical drivers license. When I tell you the man working the register was so RUDE and start roasting me into oblivion, basically telling me I'm an idiot for not having a valid ID. Mind you I'm 23 years old and the LAW OF ARIZONA states that you can buy alcohol with a vertical out of state ID. Circle K needs to make sure their employees are educated on the law and not yelling at customers. So rude and dissapointing.

I'm here traveling from Albuquerque to work the super bowl I decided to stop to get some coffee and use the bathroom obviously I'm going to use restroom first within five minutes of me being in the blond clerck literally started banging on the door saying you have a line of people out I was within a minute there was no one standing there but her literally looked at me in disgust and just ran in the bathroom I'm waiting for a friend to get here until tonight so I stayed in my car I literally saw her just get to work to go directly to the bathroom I was a total of 5 minutes I feel that the lady was very rude and uneducated thank God my friend again in Scottsdale just replied I would definitely not come back to the store while she is working very rood

Worst Cirkle K of them all. Restrooms are consistently out of order. When I tried to buy pour over iced coffee, all FOUR or them were out. When I told the clerk, he mumbled some comment and was very unpleasant. I was there 6/7/22 around 11:30pm. I probably won't come back. I am a ride share driver and unfortunately, this is the most convenient location to DT Scottsdale but I will now drive out of the way to give my consistent money in gas/snacks to another location because I have had enough disappointments. They really need to retrain their clerks on customer service and keep their store appropriately stocked with at least ONE option of a product. I understand supply shortages right now but plan ahead so that SOMETHING is in stock or at least kindly acknowledge when a customer makes you aware of a product need ring to be restocked. I don't usually write reviews but this place has just been too disappointing to not say my piece.

I have never seen a gas station that has a more difficult time actually staying open during their scheduled business hours. I swear to God they literally close in the middle of the day everyday

andrea the front clerk is the man! very kind & genuine! he makes sure he provides superior customer service to all customers... very positive attitude and respectful. employees like him are rare especially the bad treatments some of those clerks go through he holds his composure very well!!! put him in a management position he deserves it!!!!

They need more than one cashier because the line is always insane- and I understand no one wants to work anymore, but this location needs to offer more money to the staff.

Worst Circle K I've seen. I've been going there for 10 years and never seen it this bad. It's a prime location that they're wasting. The staff doesn't stock or clean up spills. They can't staff the place enough to save that spot.I see a lot of Circle K's in the valley because I've driven cabs and rideshare. The franchise owner needs to gut the place, starting with the manager who thinks she's doing a good job. Next, they need to can the night shift guy who looks like he wants to be Talibán and shuts the store down to sleep.I could go on, but I am trying to have a positive 2022.
