We this Circle K on the morning of October 3 2024 (6:28am) to purchase soda and coffee. The sole employee could not have cared less about us. We were attempting to buy a cup of coffee and a soda. The self check out machine was not working properly. The lady working was too busy talking to her boyfriend to help us. She did not even know we were there. We finally got the self checkout to work. We could have walked out the door without paying. We could have grabbed chips and candy and walked out. She was not paying attention.
I sent a message to Circle K customer service. All I got was an automated response (00113504) I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the proper person and that it deemed necessary someone would get back to me,
No one ever got back to me, so apparently customer complaints do not create a "{necessary" response.
I would think that management would have been concerned about the clerk's inattentiveness. Not only is it poor service, but it would have allowed us to walk away with items we did not pay for.
I have a friend who manages a Circle K. I know that inventory control and inventory audits are important to the Store Manager's bonus. A bad inventory directly affects the manager pay.
I am not sure why they have a customer service department if they do not follow up on customer complaints.

Love the store been going there for years , they just hired a new assistant manager and a new swig shift employee idk if they sister but they sure do act like it they are always on their phones no customer service at all not even a hello and then when you asked for their help, they all have attitudes. They should retrain their new staff and new assistant manager. Every time I ask for help she says wait a minute , she’s on a phone call.

The cashier opens the bathroom and goes in before me. I could have used it and been back to work in the amount of time she took her (10+ minutes easy). Don’t you think you should let the customer use it first….

The guy declined my ID because he thought my ID was old. It was a new idea that I got three months ago and he said that my ID needs to be renewed and it’s expired. I didn’t say no expiration date or anything. It was a State ID I don’t understand how people are so dumb nowadays and dumbfounded that they can’t find out themselves and they can’t show me if they’re not gonna be able to let me know this is the worst place to go to ever. This is why I go to Walgreens or I go to a different location of a Circle K worst experience ever. This should be solving problem. I didn’t like the way I was treated. It made me feel very uncomfortable in a way. He wasn’t rude, but felt like I was not going to be able to get anything, I wanted to just get some dutches and some white owls. I don’t know why it was a big problem in a big issue just for me to go get it. I don’t know if that is the way I look or anything else.

I live super close, 2 min walking distance. Lately, @ least 3 times a week in the morning your store is closed anywhere from 4:00am to around 5:00am.There's no employee in sight and the sign on the door reads "store closed, don't knock on door".I can't tell you how inconvenient this is. I've needed to the atm, purchase bus passes or money orders and couldn't. If you store isn't truly open 24 hours a day, please let everyone know so we can go somewhere else
