This lady lied to my face saying they don’t do cash back after 10pm because she didn’t want to do her job. I have checked their policy everywhere possible and do not see this stated anywhere whatsoever.

Every Circle K in Scottsdale has an issue rather it's no gas,no restroom or a cashier high as a kite. I'm assuming it's the DM of the area.

We stopped here for gas n the stupid smart self check out machine took our $10 for gas. The store clerk was no help she just reset the machine which we did not get our money or gas!! With these gas prices lately! This sucks! Needless to say we will not be stopping here for gas or anything else.

The guy that works here overnight every night, with the red jacket, never has the coffee machines set up to use.When this guy started working here, he always puts the coffee machines in cleaning mode so no one can get coffee from them.It’s like this every night.I’ve been coming to this store for years and the coffee machines were always available at all times but never when this guy is working here overnight and he works here every night so therefore coffee machines are never ready to use.Please fire him and replace him already.PLEASE

No one working the store you have to ring yourself up At the tiny little kiosk. If you run into any issues good luck I was waiting for about 10 minutes before somebody came out to help with the long line in the store

Not sure if you guys know this but everybody hates the kiosk impersonal service at your stores that is coming out to be more and more everydayToday was it for me...I do not want to set my items on the counter for a computer to read only Fur the Clerk to come over there and correct it anyway it is a waste of my timeAnd all Circle K employees that think it's cool it's not....Soon you will have no jobAnd you will have been replaced by a kioskIt's so sad that you push people to go to itFrom today on I will not get gas or go into a Circle K ever againI am a contractor and I buy a $150 worth of gas every daySo you just lost a pretty big customer only so you can get rid of employees it is sadAnd whoever's idea it was to make these stores 80% kiosk should be fired they are a lame

I hate to review this place so low but if you're going to close down all the neighborhood locations I've been going to since I was a kid, then you have people you can staff these stores with instead of one confused and obviously green employee at NOON ON A SATURDAY while the credit/debit machines and therefore self-checkouts are down. The line was 12 people deep before the backup cashier came up to help. And probably the most egregious failure of all, people keep lining up in the wrong spot because the line output is in front of the self-checkout machines, not the cashiers. This is the dumbest thing I've seen in any circle K. This entire brand is terrible because they're managed poorly and understaffed. Circle k: learn from QT, they're eating your lunch anyway.

The most disgustingly horrifying bathrooms I've ever been in on this side of town. You can't convince me those toilets have ever been cleaned. No seat protectors, feces dripping down the front and back of both toilets. So gross.
