Something need to be done about this store. service is subpar only on good days. The freeze machine seldom works. And today when I went in the fountain drinks didn't work. At this point it's plainly an issue with management that needs to be fixed.

I go there daily. Super clean store. Nice and friendly employees. Circle K corporate should increase the workers wages significantly to retain quality people. Qt pays more and a new one is opening up at pima and Mcdowell.

Young employee that was helping me was nice but there was this really rude older heavier employee clocking out I think and he was being super rude and cussing at the other younger employee while he stayed quiet. I get it’s a gas station but it was super unprofessional and weird.

This morning I came to this store and store manager Terri was so rude and disrespectful to me and was not polite at all. Shame on this circle K for hiring poor management and poor employees. I never get treated like this at QT. So corporate will know about this issue I visited this store on Monday morning at 9/19/22 at 6am

Came in today and the lady with the glasses wearing a black shirt, I BELIEVE HER NAME IS SHANNON, is the rudest employee I've met in any circle k. SHE HAD ATTITUDE BECAUSE OF JER MISTAKE SHE CHARGED US THE PROGRAM SIP AND SAVE, I ASKED HER WHAT THAT WAS AND SHE GOT ATTITUDE AND SAID I DIDN'T MEAN TO CHARGE YOU FOR IT WITH ATTITUDE, THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED HER, IF SHE HAD BETTER ATTITUDE I WOULD OF PURCHASED IT. "SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, AND HER FACE SHOWS HER UGLINESS LIKE SHE HATES HER JOB. FIND BETTER PEOPLE!!!!" AND THIS IS THE ONLY STORE NEAR BY MY JOB FROM DOWN THE STREET..HOW CAN YOU KEEP A EMPLOYEE LIKE HER AROUND AFTER SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT HER ATTITUDE AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT, BECAUSE ITS STILL HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!! AND SHE IS STILL THERE.I JUST WANTED A SODA NOT HER UGLINESS!!!!!

I go to this Circle K store because Shannon and Teri are great!! And they keep the store clean and well stocked.!! They are friendly and helpful whenever I go in, no matter what I'm buying. There are 3 other Circle K's near me, but the stores are not clean or as well run and they are not friendly. Kudos to Shannon and Teri, they are like extended family!! A satisfied returning customer.
