I will not enter the store when the clerk is standing outside directly next to the entrance smoking a cigarette. This happened about 15 minutes ago. I pulled up then immediately drove away.

I had the misfortune of stopping there yesterday evening and had a really bad interaction with whoever was on staff. I really needed to use the restroom, and waited for a bit only to discover that the men’s room had overflowed, and there were sewage all over the floor.
Meanwhile, a customer had taken it on themselves to try to clean this, and the only other restroom – another single hole private space – had someone in it. This someone was the only person working desk, and she was in the restroom designated for women.
When she came out and saw that I was waiting in line to use that space, she told me I needed to wait to use the men’s room. She told me that the only vacant restroom, the only usable restroom, was for women only. She then tried to block my way and prevent entry.
I was well past the point of going anywhere else, as one gets when they get to a certain age, and that’s not always an option. I simply said: “I’m using this one“ then I walked into the women’s room, and locked the door. She started pounding on it and yelling: “men can’t use the women’s room!” She also said some things about if anyone dared question her authority in this there was going to be “trouble.”
She kept ranting the whole time that I was in there, and by the time I got out, she had collected quite a crowd. Naturally, I didn’t respond or engage, just thought quietly: “man, maybe a job in customer service isn’t for you.“
I understand that I look young for my age, but I’m now in my seventh decade, and I’m pretty sure I was older than the woman who was complaining, and again at my age it’s just not always an option to wait or go elsewhere.
But this lady was dead set on making this a culture war issue. It was really just a customer service issue. There are no privacy or health concerns with a man using a private bathroom that is normally reserved for women, especially when there’s no one else in line, and another restroom wasn’t available. A reasonable person could see this.
This lady is not at all reasonable. I had planned to buy something before I left as I do any time I use a gas station bathroom, but after consideration I decided not to, and it didn’t help that she was still ranting. She had quite a crowd looking at me, and pointing at me, and had missed the point entirely.
I’ll avoid this location. There’s a PDQ down the road that has large bathrooms, they’re cleaner and they function, and they don’t have staff that choose the wrong thing when deciding between customer service and culture wars.

I like this Gas ⛽️. But management should spend less time talking and be more Observant. Had they made the kid put his backpack on the counter they would have avoided his free shopping spree. I paid for my drank and this guy got his items and came out right behind me being that everyone behind the counter was just hanging out talking except the nice girl running the register that I just paid for my drank with I doubt he paid for anything. I'm writing this review just as a heads up to management to not let people have there backpack and this could have been avoided. But maybe I'm wrong and he paid for everything ?. Just a FYI

The guy with glasses Carl I believe young guy rude as heck lazy doesn't know how to change a soda out bell n tatum greenway and tatum and thunderbird and tatum all bad with employees rude store is always dirty and they sit on there phones smoke and close store while losing business guess quick trip is way to go

My first time to get gas since moving back to Phoenix after many years, and either the pump or I malfunctioned. A young lady named Wendy was VERY gracious and patient explaining how their gas rewards system works, and helping me to drive FORWARDS (I don't like backing up in crowded spaces!) to another pump to fill up, staying with me to make sure it all went well. She went out of her way to be helpful and I was grateful.

Each time I have stopped in, there has only been 1 employee,if they need a bathroom break, they are screwed. In this neighborhood, you should have 2 employees. For as much circle k makes, they should staff the locations better.

I work fairly close to this location and have come here a few times, only to be disappointed each time. I don't know if it's my luck or what but every time I have stopped at this facility half the pumps or more are not working. Usually there's a line to get gas and takes a decent amount of time before one frees up. You are better off driving down the road to Tatum/Union Hills location or another gas station. You will save yourself time and frustration. ?

Paid $2 for air to get an error message and no air provided. Asked the clerk if he could do anything and he said no. He said he knew it was out of order and didn’t know why there wasn’t a sign on it.

A return trip to Circle K for a good bargain. Yesterday I got a Easy Pay card from the Circle K worker. I decided not to pursue it. Based on the instructions it would take a few days to process before I could use it. I will purchase gas at my typical station unless I see a deal. When completed I went in the store to obtain my receipt.
