Totally scammed by someone taking the payments, was a total upsell but was presented as a 1 month 'special'
Was then charged $19.99 3 separate times. Attempted to reach somebody in charge, nobody returned phone calls. It took a while for my bank to finally put a freeze on them because it doesn't show up as a reoccurring charge which is probably the sneakiness on the part of this company. Don't recommend.

Come here if you want your car barely clean and broken when you leave. It's run by a group of 13 year olds. Can't wait for this parasite to shut down. Edit: my car is not modified, your cash wash is made of trash. Your spineless and take no accountability for your poor business. Newest edit: no rebuttal? I have gone to this location several times and have never had a problem before.
However, during my visit today, the female attendant at the front of the car wash who is supposed to help you line your wheels up on the car wash track made my experience quite unpleasant. Rather than helping me guide my vehicle in a calm and professional manner, she yelled at me and seemed irritated when I didn’t initially line my wheels up correctly. This made the entire experience very stressful and left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location again.

It is now $10 for a cheap car wash and when I say a cheap car wash the entire car doesn't even come clean. Absolutely a ripoff!
Thank you for your response. I am a former member of this location and I canceled it again due to costs. I would gladly pay $10 for a car wash if my car got clean. That was the point is for 10 dollars my car should be clean.

This is the first time I have ever had to leave a bad review on a place. If you value your stuff, please never come to this place. I left my Louis Vuitton wallet in the car on accident and clearly one of the staff stole it. When I went to confront them, the manager was not helpful at all and was actually disrespectful. She was assuming stuff about us and was very stressful to work with. I even know who has the wallet, but we cannot do anything about it because he Clearly put it somewhere. I hope no one has to go through this experience that I had to. Please save your money and go to a different car wash.

Every time I go through the tunnel at this location, my car looks just as bad as it did before, even left deep scratches and scuffs on my car. Do not go to this location ????
