Staff all the way to the managers have always had a fantastic experience. They have always taken such good care of our vehicles. I personally will drive the additional miles to go to this location because of the care that we get. Highly recommend this location

I always go to this Cobblestone as everyone is very nice. Nick, the manager is extremely kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. He always takes the time to say hello even while he running back and forth to make the place a great place. I highly recommend this place as he makes sure his guys do a perfect job. And, the guys are always kind.

I bought a platinum full service for $40 but I received the equivalent of a $5 to $7 drive thru car wash. They are focusing on sales rather that delivering a customer satisfying service.

I love the full service car wash and always take advantage of the wash discount when I fill up here.
However.... I'm sick and tired of getting leaned on to buy a subscription. Every time I get a wash here it's a 5 minute argument about how it doesn't make sense for me to have a subscription. I travel across the US regularly for extended amounts of time and it's obviously a work truck, it doesn't need a wash every week.
You'd think that a polite no and an explanation why would be enough to get them to back off the high-pressure sales pitch, but it clearly is not. It's gotten so uncomfortable I don't even want to get my normal fill up and wash here anymore.

Sales guys tried to upsell me three separate times. $200 didn’t get me a complete detail and the parts I did pay for still weren’t completely clean.
Overall, bad experience and not worth the money… I have a the monthly member and will be not going back for a detail.

THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW!!!!
I'm very upset. I am top 10% reviewer on Google on the West Coast and have been coming to this auto spa for over a year and a half.
You do a 6-month membership at $22 a month and after the second month they jacked up to $37 without my knowledge.
I've never had a problem canceling a membership and restarting it however, the Frank Lloyd wright and the 101 told me I had to go inside and talk to the cashier of the gas station.
Unfortunately, this very lazy female handed me a card and told me to go to the website and do it myself. If that's the kind of service cobblestone offers in North Scottsdale, I would never go back!!!
Horrible, lazy people that just can't do their job!!!

Was a customer since 2018. The wash damaged my new car with swirl mark on the trunk, a small chip on the hood, and a few chips on the driver door.
I spoke to an employee who was condescending and denied any responsibility.
Damage to the car was superficial and easily repairable.
The way I was treated wasn’t.
Cancelled my membership.

I frequent several locations of Cobblestone in various parts of the valley. Every time I come to this location the service & workmanship is above board. From the moment I pull into drive up until I step foot back into my car Nick & his crew make sure myself & my ride are taken care of. Thank you guys & gals!!
