Arrived at opening time 8am , waited outside for 15min before leaving because no one seemed to be in the store. Super frustrating because I would have planned to stop somewhere else to pick up my color . Put my whole day of work behind! Please open when your hours say!!

Negative experience today. Hours not listed online. Even temporary hours should be listed online. Left work early (I work regular business hours) in order to arrive before 6. There's a handwritten sign that they are now closed at 4:00PM. This would've been great to know before making the trip. Thanks.

The whole point of us having an account is so that the professionals could buy a product. Two people that were standing in line use someone else's account to check out kind of disappointing.

Very nice but after goingbto 2 locations and calling 5 locations I still wasnt able to get liter duos that are advertised or pravana colors the shelves are empty

They need to carry Massage cream more. They are ALL out of the Biotone dual purpose MOST of the time...obviously it's a high demand product. Order efficiently.

Kind, will choose this place over any other Cosmoprof. Forgot my ID in one location and the lady asked so many and overbearing questions, and this one just keeps it seamless.

Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I've always enjoyed coming to this location over the years. I'm not sure where the reviews about rudeness come from. I've always been met with great customer service.

Clerks are very unfriendly, dont really want to help you! Not very produce knowledgeable. Would rather order online at this point!
