Skip this place. Maybe their other locations are better. This location has rude and incompetent staff. They messed up my order and were totally indifferent about fixing it. Please train your staff on customer service and order fulfillment. Customers have many other options on where to spend their money.
- staff was unapologetic, uninterested in their job, and unpleasant.
- pick up order missing half of items purchased
- the actual bagged order had the wrong products in it.
- did not include a promotional item that appeared on the order (and advertised on website)
- one of the items left out of my order was just sitting on the edge of the counter as if the person fulfilling the order forgot about it… and my 7 other items.
- store was empty.

I’m not sure what has happened to the store ???I am a local hairstylist I shop at salon centric and Cosmo profI buy the bulk of my supplies at salon centric thank God because they are always well stocked on every item I needI carry one line from Cosmo Prof and that would be Moroccan oil the staff is friendly the girl that works behind the counter tells me everything is coming in on Friday morning ! It always seems like they are trying to cheer customers up and apologizing for not having any inventory !when I go there the next day the shelves are still bare they got maybe a half a dozen items in or so The sales help tells me what a great demand the products are in and they sell out immediately I don’t believe that’s true since half of the store has empty shelvesThe hair color that I use is WellaI have switched over to L’Oreal at salon centric because the store has absolutely no inventory whatever you want won’t be there the shelves are bare all of the time they keep telling me that they are having trouble getting things with shipping it’s kind of odd no other beauty store in the area has empty shelves like this I think they probably are going bankrupt I don’t know how much longer their doors will be open it’s kind of sad this used to be such a great beauty supply it’s not anymore

Everyone who worked here was very helpful! I will definitely be back soon. They pointed me out to everything I needed. Didn't get the employees name but she was blonde and very very helpful.

I came to give Haley (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) a shoutout! Such a sweetheart, really made me smile. However, when I went earlier this week on Tuesday, I had to look around the store for assistance on a clipper blade. The two women working didn't seem to want to help me out either.

I loved this store for the products they have! However at this location the service is not as good. they are super stuck up and rude! There was a young blonde girl with an attitude. She Was just not paying attention and we repeated our phone number 3 times for her and as we did she did not even look at the screen to notice her mistake but instead she looked at us like we were stupid. However one of the managers at this location is so sweet she always helps us out when we have a problem. Except it just seems like the other employees at this store feel like they are better than everyone else.

Boo, they're suffering from the captive audience syndrome , Rude to their customer, they add a charge $1.30 more per tube of haircolor if you don't buy six boxs, so I took my business elsewhere. A point of contention, and zero interest with any grievances with people who spend thousand dollars per year, how many tubes of color was that? Apperantly not enough.

They often are not fully stocked at least on product I need. I suggest placing an order for items you really need. Don't expect them to be waiting for you on the shelves!
