I thought since Super Bowl was scheduled this afternoon, traffic would be lighter. True, I found a parking space close to the foot with no problem. I was low on my dried fruit, nuts, toothpaste and dragon fruit juice. I found that and more different types of nuts. I had to ask associates where to find certain things. They were all happy to help and were correct about the aisle location. They have their own parking with WiFi.

I would give the meat department five stars, but what's up with your ground beef???? All nice and red on the outside (looking fresh) but all gray/brown on the inside (looking much older)! Are you engaging in deception on the freshness of your meat??

Gaylon was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable with understanding my situation. He gave me recommendations on both my contacts and glasses. For contacts, he knew which brand is similar to others to pick the ones that fit my needs. For glasses, he recommended both situations for using transitions and which glasses looked the best (as I definitely needed it)! Certainly coming back for my Eye Care!

I tried some of their new food court items. The Latte Freeze is made with Cold Brewed Kirkland Signature Columbian Coffee. The Mocha Freeze is similar with an extra shot of chocolate syrup. It tasted pretty good and I think coffee lovers will like it if they like coffee slush drinks. I tried the mango slush a while back and did not like it too much. I thought it had more of an apple flavor. If you left it in the refrigerator too long or didn't drink it soon enough, it became a brownish color. The parking is crazy like usual and very crowded. Wonder what would happen if they invested in a parking structure and or a larger building.

Still love visiting this Costco, but more and more the congestion and traffic here is annoying. We definitely need another Costco nearby to alleviate some of the headache (perhaps north of the 101?). Prices are always good, and it's a great place to get your staples like meat, seafood, cheese, fruits, vegetables. Gas of course is usually a good price, and you can't forget to get a carwash while you're at it. I've yet to be able to get gas, do a car wash, and get my shopping done in under an hour.

I unfortunately had the worst experience with this optometrist practice. If I could give -1000 stars I would. Today my husband and I had appointments with Dr. David Schanes who is an Optometrist with this group. It has been a few years since I had gotten my eyes checked so my husband and I decided to get back on track. The assistant in the front was nice and very friendly. She was the ONLY good aspect of the appointment. The moment I was brought back to the exam room with the Doctor I felt like I was nothing but an inconvenience to him. When I was answering the "which side is clearer" questions he would respond "can't be" in a very exasperbated tone. I felt that the entire time I was in there I was being talked down to. I got lectured on the fact I had purchased contacts from Hubble in the past (even though I no longer utilize the company- I tried it once). Within the span of I would say 5 minutes at the most, I had enough. I told him that I couldn't proceed with the appointment. I left that appointment crying. I felt humiliated, berated and treated like I was (for lack of a better term) stupid. I work in healthcare as a nurse and have worked with many physicians. I know working in healthcare is not an easy job. That being said, having a hard day or being a doctor does not give anybody the authority to treat their patients like that. I would rather not be able to see clearly for the rest of my life than ever have this man evaluate my eyes ever again. I know going to costco is a great resource for some to get their eye exams done. I would recommend going to a different costco and avoid this practice.

They use numbers at their whim. If you have one they don’t care if you don’t have one there last for it. They help those they know first. The person who helped me was rude and clearly annoyed she had to adjust my glasses and she smudged the lenses everywhere. The customer next to me had hers cleaned before receiving them. When I asked her to clean them she said a cloth was included so I could clean them myself. Worst customer service ever!!!

Sometimes we forget to review the common places near our own homes. Such is the case with me and my nearest, most frequented Costco. I have been to almost 40 different Costco warehouses in over a dozen states. I have enjoyed them all, but I have found no other as pleasant as this one. The employees in the warehouse and the tire center are wonderful. The place is always clean. The merchandise layouts are always well kept, and they always have good stock on their merchandise. Almost forgot - the pharmacy and hearing center staffs are welcoming, professional and very helpful. Needless to say, I love the $1.50hot dog and a Coke. Now, having gotten that off my chest, do not go there. You'll make it too crowded for me. You stay home. I'll go!

I usually have a good experience at Costco. Not so today at the optical department. I took a number while there was only one customer being helped. Two female employees chatted away about homeowners insurance and a man with a tag that said Licensed "something" with a last name beginning with "L" stayed on his computer without saying a word. I stood there about 10 minutes holding onto my precious number believing that someone would eventually ask me what I needed . I also believe in Santa Claus. So a male customer walks up to one of the women and he tells her what he needed and she promptly began to help him. I then asked "WHAT NUMBER ARE WE UP TO?" She then said that she thought I was being helped by the man on the computer. I said that I was not being helped by him . She said she would be a minute and then take care of me. So with all that waiting, I am still waiting more. I muttered." this is really ridiculous". The man at the computer who had ignored me all this time suddenly revived himself to address my comment. He said," it's not ridiculous just a mistake. You know what a mistake is". I responded that I indeed found it to be ridiculous that I was waiting for so long and yet another person was taken before me. He kept reiterating about mistakes, asking me if I have ever made a mistake. I told him that his continuing to respond to me regarding this issue is not something he should be doing to a customer. I believed he was fueling the fire. A person who works at Costco should have more common sense about customer service, not trivialize a customer's experience, and not continue to engage in a war of words with a customer. This Mr. L does not represent Costco well and is in need of training and/or anger management.

They messed up an order and when I called to fix it they were incredibly rude, condescending, and hung up on me.

Love Costco, love the consistency with high quality products! If you try Costco you'll never go back to the other large box store, S---. There's no comparison. They're especially great during the Holidays for special gifts at a good price, special foods, including hors d'oeuvres, deserts, main courses, breads, cheeses, liquors, and wines.Costco is your one stop shop!

Well I was shamed by cashier Jess7-7-23 @1645 for leaving my line while my husband waited patiently for checkout because I walked to the bathroom between 2 cash registers?!!! Hmmm Jess your a rude disheveled Costco employee who needs some remediation and likely needing to attend customer service ma'am. Thank you Costco for always taking my hundreds of dollars a visit and your pitiful employee who has zero Costco like attributes. Sad. There is no need for rudeness we all work hard enough for what we have and this is certainly worth a mention!
