Such a quick and easy trip! I was having a couple billing issues & Brandon was a huge help. I thought it would be much harder & take much longer, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend this location!!

I walked in today to drop off some unused equipment and was unsure of the process. I asked Greg what I needed to do and he was very helpful. Not only did he point me in the right direction, he also assisted me in untangling the cords from the devices I brought in. I asked to take pictures of the serial numbers on the devices before returning them (just in case) and he was very encouraging and helpful with that as well! I would suggest anyone ask for Greg when they walk in if they want EXCELLENT customer service! His attitude is what you would hope to encounter - especially when experiencing something new. I did not have the opportunity to work with anyone else, but I'm sure they are just as lovely.

Absolute trash! Constantly having issues, yet they have no problem charging an outrageous amount for their so called gigablast high speed internet. I work from home and atleast once a week have internet issues. TRASH! Stay far away from this internet provider

Cox is the biggest rip off ever. Raise their rates whenever they want. You can call to complain but it does nothing. They've lowered it over the phone and then when the bill comes nothing has been lowered. So back on the phone again. We're so fed up with them.

RHYS and ELI were EXTREMELY PROMPT, PATIENT, CONSIDERATE, and HELPFUL when I needed a replacement piece to an antiquated of equipment. They LISTENED to my problem, COMMUNICATED WELL with me and were great PROBLEM SOLVERS. I was TREATED WITH RESPECT and provided a SOLUTION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. These associates and others were PERSONABLE and CONSIDERATE to myself and all others that came through the door. It was a relatively high traffic location, yet nobody went unnoticed or waited long for assistance. PROPS TO RHYS FOR FINDING MY MISSING PIECE! ???

They were so helpful. My old router was out of date and causing problems for me from my remote job. They helped me change it out and saved money for me by bundling some of my packages. They were patient and enthusiastic.

In the store, Derek handled my issue is a polite, professional manner. He's really great with customer service! Glad I went into the store today as opposed to pressing buttons on the phone yelling at a robot.

Went in to get some help with my modem. Eli was very helpful and helped me replace my gateway. He had a great attitude and made the process easy. He also shared some helpful hints on the Cox wifi app to make better use of the internet.

I received a phone call from this store asking me to disconnect my service at my previous address. I was confused because I had transferred service a month earlier. My current internet was working at my current address. I explained this and asked if they would be able to ensure my internet wouldn’t be turned off at my current address if I disconnected. He responded and so no he was not sure that it wouldn’t be disconnected. I said then no I don’t want to disconnect my service. I got home and my service was disconnected. What was the point of asking if you were going to do it anyway?I go to the store on 7th street and Bell in Phoenix. They are much more polite and I have never had an issue there.

Hey people! Don't call Cox customer service! Go to this Cox store! If you're feeling frustrated it's probably due to poor over-the-phone "customer service" from an individual you're struggling to understand who's trying to sell you services you don't need! The individuals here genuinely want to help you! Nicolas and Rhyse helped me today and I'm so grateful. They were both knowledgeable and patient, thoughtfully addressed my concerns and fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. This store is now my go-to if I have any issues. Everyone I encountered in here was friendly and kind, the wait was very short. Thank you all so much, appreciate you!

Literally just signed up. Already been lied to 3 times, followed up by a promise to activate my quick connect service, followed up by dead silence and excuses. When I tried to cancel I was told “I do not have the authority to cancel your service”These people are con artists and they’re trying to screw over as many people as possible before they go under.

I came in and did a lot of business with Larry Law. I now have cellular, internet, cable, and land line through Cox. Larry knows his stuff!!! Better yet, every email I sent him with questions afterthe store visit was handled immediately and efficiently. He is very busy all day and still gave me the service after the sale that I needed. Cox would be wise not to let this guy get away!

Get it together cox, we drop Internet at least twice a day sometimes hours at a time. $100 a month to be frustrated, switching to Verizon where it's cheaper, if it drops at least I won't be paying as much.

Was a customer of almost 10 years. Moved and took over a month and a half for them consistently showing up with the wrong truck, finally gave up and canceled them. With with T-Mobile internet, just as good at half the price. Do better Cox. Still incredibly disappointed in them.
