I was in Scottsdale without my thyroid Rx. I visited this pharmacy to ask if they could transfer my prescription for this time so that I wouldn't miss doses while on vacation. My request was handled quickly, efficiently and most of all cheerfully by the pharmacy tech. Thank you! 5/12@10:37 am.

This particular CVS pharmacy is what you hope your pharmacy will provide. Courtesy, patience, knowledge and experience. Ryan and staff are exceptional! May I never have to deal with another pharmacy that tells me I can't use goodrx discounts because it's not their job to help me find them on my phone!

This CVS location is always understaffed and has issues with employee high turnover.The self service check out systems rarely work.Expect the checkout to be a minimum of 15 minutes.

I called the pharmacy to see what time they closed, since I was on my way back home. They told me 7pm. I even let them know that I was picking up a prescription. I arrived at the store at 6:30pm and they refused to provide me my prescription, stating that they are closed for the night. Horrible customer service.

This pharmacy has gone down the drain since Amit left. Ryan Cook does not know what he's doing and he's the only working there. We took our child for a flu shot. He never once told us to make sure to hold her like they do at the pediatricians. She moved and could've gotten hurt. He then wouldn't know give shot again. He went ahead and filed claim with our insurance for service that didn't take place. He told us he was unable to get any of the shot in. I've spent two hours on phone trying to get it reversed so we can take her to the pediatrician. CVS transferred me to him and he didn't even talk on phone and hung up on me. No idea if he reversed it. They should not offer shots to children if they do not have trained pharmacists. I will transfer my prescriptions and never set foot here.

I've been on hold for, let's see -- an hour and two minutes -- on the phone, with the location on Scottsdale Rd. and Gold Dust. Do you guys really think this is any way to run a business? I think I'll keep holding just for kicks, to see how long it takes. Seriously, folks?!!

Very disappointed and frustrated. After looking up ahead of time the hours and walk in vaccines available, I went in at 9:30 on a Saturday and they weren't open yet. So I came back at 1pm when Target is way more busy. Seeing the pharmacy is now open with about 6 signs at the window saying walk-ins available, they proceeded to give me excuses why I couldn't walk in and get the vaccine. Please fix your signs, information and schedule if you're not going to follow them.

I've been to the Minute Clinic twice now and the service and NP's I seen were both awesome. I won't even both going to Mayo Clinic again versus here if I have a minor issue.

Called, no one answered the phone so after 30 min on hold I got in the car and went to the pharmacy. Spent 20 minutes at the drive through window where this young pharmacist couldn't figure out how to transfer the prescription but rather than asking for help, she just kept saying she couldnt do it bc of state law (which is NOT true, I confirmed) and eventually sent me away. Called a different pharmacy, they confirmed she could transfer it, and they successfully transferred it for me. This pharmacy, pharmacist, and team really need to learn how to 1. use their systems, 2. do their job. Sending people away without prescriptions is NEGATIVE helpful. Ask for help if you don't know how to do something. It's quite simple.

No wonder you have low ratings. Simple little thing... I googled "Rapid Test same day Covid results Scottsdale". You came up. YOUR page says that you offer same day results. So I booked a morning appointment. I plan my day around it. I even send an immediate email to the confirmation that I got asking to confirm that you do same day. No response. So I show up...once again, having planned my day around getting this because I need it. Guess what? Your advertising is 100% false and you offer "24-48 hour". By definition, this cannot be same day as 24 hours is one full day. I w ill never go back. You guys can't even get this right. Now I'll scramble to try to do this without you. I will stick with Walgreens. You guys suck.
