Do not go to the CVS pharmacy at Gainey Ranch - no customer service and the Pharmacist was not very accommodating, and she is too busy to look up and acknowledge customer.

Not a customer friendly pharmacy. My app indicated a prescription was ready for pickup. Arrived and said they would prepare an error on their end and would not admit. Changing pharmacy Fry's does a better job with customer service.

They don't price match their own website. They had a 50% mark up on wrist braces and when I asked if they could price match to their own website, they said no. If I bought it online for pick up in store, it's the same price as online and will be filled at the actual store,
So why do they not price match? Absolutely unreasonable policy.

This CVS pharmacy is dangerous and discriminatory. On Friday, my fiancé went to the pharmacy for me to pick up a new Vyvanse prescription (ADHD medication) and was unknowingly provided with a higher dosage than I was prescribed (I was previously prescribed that dosage but had zero refills). When I realized this the next morning, he went back to the pharmacy with the medication (none of which I had taken, and which I have still not taken as it is incorrect) hoping to receive the correct dosage. Instead of the pharmacist acknowledging his mistake (and the negligence and medical malpractice that occurred) he was hostile, rude and accusatory, mentioning multiple times that my medication is a schedule II controlled substance. Keep in mind, my fiancé went in with a good attitude not expecting trouble, so the pharmacist's troubling response was not provoked. Also, while I can understand the need for contacting my medical provider in this scenario due to the nature of the medication, the pharmacy put that responsibility back on me as the patient - who didn't do anything wrong - and positioned the need to speak to my provider as some kind of threat indicating my fiancé or I had done something wrong. The most laughable part of the entire ordeal is that I was requesting a lower dosage of the medicine and wanting to return the incorrect medication! This was clearly not me trying to get more medication for nefarious reasons. As someone who takes medication for ADHD I already experience discrimination, but having to endure it from medical professionals who should know better is unacceptable and disheartening. I needed to wait until Monday to reach my doctor, so I still have not been able to take my much-needed medicine. Additionally, I am now out $157.49 due to the pharmacy's incompetence as I doubt the medication can be returned. I really hope CVS finds a way to fix this situation, and I hope their pharmacy staff is better educated on how to treat those with ADHD in the future.

Reading some of the posts..I can't believe I shop at the "same store"..do I enter a fantasy world when I walk though the doors? My many experiences have all been "positive"..in fact, I drive out of my way for this particular CVS. The shelves are always well stocked. The front store personnel are very helpful and this octogenarian does not these days refuse help when its offered. I think I would dole out major gold stars to this CVS..it's doing something right for me to come to its defense.

Rude staff! The people needing prescriptions are tired and sick. We don't need the attitude from you guys! Treat your customers like you would a sick family member. I normally use Walgreens and the customer service is night and day. It's crazy how many one star reviews this pharmacy has and nothing is getting better. Do better!

Cvs pharmacy is exceptional. can't be any better do stand up to their name extra cares .Huge selection . Very organized
and clean. excellent customer service. The pharmacy department, waiting time for drop off or pick up medication super fast and staff are knowledgeable and super friendly.

My husband and I were in the store yesterday about 3 PM - the store at Hilton Village and we use the self-serve all the time - we use it at about four or five other locations around town and different businesses - but the woman working there insisted that she ring up our things.She even escorted people ahead of us to the self-serve - stopped us before we got to the self-serve - said we had too many items and that if she did the items it would be faster.I told her we could do it - we didn’t want her help - she was relentless and she was rude. I was very uncomfortable with it. I didn’t like it at all and neither did my husband. My husband didn’t say too much but she knew that I was not happy with the fact that she just wouldn’t let us do the self-serve which we’ve done 100 times.I don’t need to have some woman talk to me or my husband in that way we are senior citizens, and we’re alert active and know what the hell we’re doing - this was very much not customer service like I don’t know who she is and frankly I don’t even feel like going to the store again - we usually go to the store on Indian school which is out of our way on Monday but I think that’s what we’ll be doing - if we want help we will ask for it that’s the idea of the self serve you take care of yourself and get out and we didn’t have too many items we’ve had that many items many times in the past!This was a ridiculous situation that didn’t need to happen!

The CVS located at the Hilton Shops, 6045 N. Scottsdale Road is a great place to shop. One is welcomed in at the door and all store staff and pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable in finding items and for helping at checkout.

Luanne is an amazing worker, she is helpful and friendly. She even helped me plus two others at the same time! This store is lucky to have her!
