The photo department at CVS on Shea is exceptional! I did everything wrong but a smiling young lady patiently walked me through the process of ordering prints. I don't need to say her name (if I could remember it, that is) because you can never forget her positive personality that will jump out at you, as it did me! Thank you, CVS! You have my trust forever!

Really nice pharmacist and staff. GREAT communication with text msg alerts when your stuff is ready. I generally go into the store but delivery is available for those that can’t or don’t feel like it.

Covid test late! And they won't lift a finger to help you. We were going to Hawaii. Took our test at CVS earliest in 72 hour window. Afternoon before our early morning flight no test results! Went to pharmacy. "Nothing we can do". So was it free? Nope! Not if you want to get on your flight. Go to Express Care or another testing sight where they will commit to getting the results on time. It'll cost you but you'll get on your flight.

On 8/17/20 I went in to this CVS to pick up 2 prescriptions. Sam went above and beyond for me! When she noticed one of my Rx copays was pretty high despite my insurance, she found me a manufacturer discount coupon good for 12 months ... My copay went from $75 to $30. So thanks to Sam, I will be saving $45 x 12 months = $540 over the next year for this one Rx! She was also very kind, respectful, amicable, and professional. Even though the hours are shorter at this CVS location, and there is no drive-through option and I have to walk though Target to get there, it is way worth it to make this my preferred pharmacy. Thanks Sam! Someone give her a raise!

Family went to get flu shots at CVS on Indian Bend in Scottsdale and they were out of flu shots. A few days later went back. Pharmacist on duty was not yet authorized by the State of Arizona to get flu shots. This past Saturday, went to pick up some medication at this same CVS. CVS opens at 11 a.m. on Saturdays. We waited until 11:20 am and no one bothered to show up to open the pharmacy. Bad experiences at this CVS location in less than a month.

Sarah from the CVS pharmacy is the BEST! I tried to fill a prescription that was apparently past date and she personally called my doctors office and had them change the date so I didn't have to waste money and time making an appointment to get the same prescription filled. So helpful and kind, she actually cares about you!

The young guy with shaggy hair at this pharmacy gave my wife bad info on a med for my sick son. Said the meds were supposed to be refrigerated when they are not. Later we called to tell them they were giving bad info on it and they acted like we misheard. On another note it's become completely unreliable. Takes forever to get meds, they are never ready when they are supposed to be, they say it will be done the day you need-then no call and you're out.

Target Pharmacy used to be my favorite! Tami, the lead pharmacist, knew just about everyone by name and was always so friendly and knowledgeable. Since she has left/ pharmacy has become CVS, things have really gone downhill. Scripts are not filled in a timely manner, incorrect info about meds have been given to me, and their hours are just terrible (open at 11 on the weekends). Sadly, I am not comfortable in trusting them any longer.

Rich, one of the Pharmacists is right up there with Chad from the CVS in Target in FH. Going above and beyond to help fill much needed prescription! It's NOT common in my opinion, for a Pharmacist to take the time to make calls assisting getting what I needed now! Much appreciation Rich and Chad.

This pharmacy took 6 days for one of my prescriptions. They had the prescription from the Dr. One prescription was filled the day i went in. The pharmacist said they would call the next day with my other RX as they needed more pills. I called everyday for 6 days. They had a new excuse each time. On the 6th day they informed me they were having staffing problems and I fell through the cracks. Now my RX's are not all ready on the same day. It's very poor customer service. Six days is a long time to go without a daily prescribed medication. Shame on them.

I've been going to this pharmacy since it was a Target pharmacy six or seven years ago. It was a pharmacy I thought I could rely on with a lead pharmacist who knew what she was talking about and cared about her patients. Earlier this past week I called in inquiring when a particular prescription was due for refill and I was told today, December 16, 2018. I was told that it needed to be ordered and I asked for them to do so. I called in today to follow up with that prescription as well as to verify a few others. It turns out that the lead pharmacist is no longer with the company, the prescription I requested last week hand not been ordered and was still out of stock, and the others I'm needing are also out of stock. I realize that the change in staff was not expected but I would think there would be back up plans for situations like this for smooth running. Obviously not. I dealt with CVS years ago and switched to Target because of a much better history with them. I was upset that CVS bought them out but since my pharmacist was still there I didn't mind. Now that she's gone and the situation has gone back to being snafu with Cvs I have some decisions to make.

Had surgery today and when we dropped off the prescription the pharmacist said she was having IT issues and she just needed to reset her password and she could then log in to complete what was needed after a call to corporate. Two hours later I called to check on the scrip and was told that she was still waiting. She knew when the prescription was dropped off they were pretty important. A quick phone call would have done the trick but instead the pain is starting to set in and I have no meds. :(
