This is the only CVS location that I go to because it is always clean. Things are where they’re supposed to be and if they’re not the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve been to the CVS location once for a prescription pickup, another time for passport photo and once for the MinuteClinic. I have always had a great experience. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. Prescription pickup was quick; my appointment at the Minute Clinic was fantastic; and I was in and out in under 5 minutes for getting my passport photo taken

I recently had a prescription that I turned in on a Saturday and it was out of stock, on back order and advised to return on Monday. I did just that and had the luck to speak to Brooke. She went above and beyond, by offering additional information on how to secure my refill, thus saving me so much time and energy. Navigating healthcare can be so laborious and absolutely maddening, and anytime assistance is offered, it is so very appreciated. Her kindness and professionalism should be a more common standard.

Revised 4/28/2025
95 % of the time there are issues here. The newest issue is that they keep the window for the drive-through shut and you can’t see them, but they have reflective covering on the window that triggers a migraine and basically blinds you. Why anyone would think this is a good idea for Customer Service is beyond me.
when I asked the young man if he could open the window, he said no it’s locked. I think this is asinine and I think I might have to call corporate and also get a new pharmacy cause I’m so sick of this place.
The worst! I have never had so many unpleasant and unprofessional experiences at any other pharmacy. Because my insurance plan only covers CVS, I was forced to change my pharmacy. Had I known that before I chose that insurance plan, I would have picked a different option. They are so rude and disrespectful to their customers. I have several friends and family that will not use this pharmacy because it is such an unpleasant experience. I don’t know what the problem is because I have always had pleasant shopping experience’s with the staff of the store.

Surprised by the comments regarding the staff — they were lovely and full of energy. Got my passport photo taken in seconds. One of the better CVS locations I’ve been to.
Thank you Irene!

If you like being snapped at , rude snarky techs who complain about you and other customers right in front of you , being ignored when your standing in line when it’s not busy which is rare, you’ll love this CVS. .. I give kudos to the pharmacist herself for filling my prescriptions , I understand working with public is difficult , but this pharmacy has an attitude problem I’ve never seen at others.

I recently moved to Arizona and had an upsetting experience at this CVS pharmacy last night. After leaving urgent care and being diagnosed with COVID-19, I went to pick up my medications, (MASKED) feeling so sick!
After paying for my medications, I went to the next window to speak with the pharmacist STACY for a consult and she walked up with an attitude as if she couldn’t be bothered. I pulled my little white prescription bags out and set them on the counter in front of her and said “Hi I just want to make sure I understand the medication’s”. Her reply was so abrasive and rude. She grabbed one of the bags and said “Read right here!! “It tells you what to do on the instructions” “I said I’m sorry, I’m in a bit of a fog. I just want to make sure I understand.” Ive just been diagnosed with COVID-19
She then turned and walked away from me and went to another counter behind the back to squirt hand sanitizer on her hands. When she came back to face me, she began lecturing me “Don’t you think you should have told me you had Covid before I touched your prescription bags” Hu? I was totally caught off-guard! She kept going on and on being combative and lecturing me almost as if she wanted to debate.
Finally, I had enough and said “ If your so worried about catching something, why don’t you wear a mask or, some gloves” You’ve got people coming in here all day and you don’t know what everybody has and I’m sure not everyone is disclosing everything to you.” More importantly, how about having better bedside manner. People like myself are coming in here vulnerable sick and don’t deserve to be treated this way.
She finally shut up and walked away and had another clerk come help me.
When I left the store, I just couldn’t get it out of my head. What had transpired I thought OK I’ll just turn the other cheek. Maybe she had something bad going on in her life I don’t know, but it bothered me so much that I got up this morning and decided to call the store and spoke with Raul the store Asst Mgr.
One of the first things out of Raul’s mouth was “We’re aware of Stacy’s attitude towards customers and we know she’s not good with customers but claimed the store is one of the busiest and they’ve had a hard time keeping people employed in that department that can handle that kind of volume.
In other words, they know she’s horrible to customers but they need her to crank out all the prescriptions… She’s the pharmacist and supposed to offer a safe space for people in need who want to understand their medication’s. This experience was the complete opposite.
Healthcare industry workers should show kindness and professionalism, especially in a pharmacy where people are often sick or in pain. I hope this CVS Pharmacy’s Manager, Mallory and the District Manager, Melissa Burdick do something about Stacys lack of care and professionalism.
We all have bad days but it’s apparent this isn’t the first time Stacy has made someone feel terrible!

Depending who is working will depend on your experience. The pharmacist has always been very kind & thoughtful. When I call the night before for an important monthly script I need refilled the following day, if she is working in the morning she will make a note to fill it the morning so I do not have to call. This means SO much to me because I have limited mobility, and with my bad hips I can only drive during certain hours of the day or for so long…. But there have been other times when the interactions are not so great. TODAY being a 1 star experience. And what is even more frustrating is I already wasted my time driving there but I get to do it again, which for my aforementioned limited mobility is incredibly frustrating.
I received a notification that my medication was ready before I was told it would be. Awesome! This fits my busy day perfectly! As I know they close for lunch @ 130pm, I made sure to get there by 1:20pm. There were 2 cars ahead of me (then 1 pulled up immediately behind me). The first car pulled away as soon as I got behind the 2nd car, but the second took until 1:30pm. It took this person 10 minutes to do what they needed. They actually shut off the car less than 15 seconds after pulling up to the window. It hit 1:30pm as I pull up hoping they would just get me my script very quick as I had been waiting 10 minutes in line. Nope. She says, “we’re closed. You’ll have to come back later.” I explained that I was waiting in line for 10 minutes, and would really appreciate getting my script because I was waiting 10 minutes before they closed for a 30 second transaction. She replied in the most insincere voice, “sorry, we were mixing someone’s medication which takes time. We take one person at a time. And now it’s 1:30pm, which is our lunch. You’ll have to come back.”
They were mixing someone’s medication on the spot??? The couple of times I have had a medication like that or they needed a few extra minutes to finish up a script they accidentally said was ready when it was not, I was told it would take about 15-20 minutes, and to either pull off into a parking spot and wait or come back later on. Never, “sit here for X amount of time while there are others waiting behind you while we mix this medication so now the people in line have to come back after we close.”
But this person was apparently more important than me and the person behind me because instead of telling them to come back when the medication was ready as they reopened, me & the other person who was waiting 10 minutes (when my script was at least ready to be picked up) now have to return. Everyone loves having their time & gas wasted, especially on a busy Monday before a holiday.

I had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens due to poor and rude customer service. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel as though my concerns were an inconvenience. Despite asking for assistance multiple times, I was met with unprofessional attitudes and a lack of willingness to help.
I expect better customer service from a store like Walgreens, and this experience has made me reconsider visiting again. Customer service should prioritize respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
