Pharmacist was not helpful. She would not answer my questions and offer any advice. Other gentleman in front was extremely helpful and very polite and treated me well.

If you don’t have money gram maybe take the sign off your building so people don’t waste their time.

I have never been to a pharmacy so unwilling to help. The younger blonde guy with blue eyes and glasses who claims to be the manager lacked all customer service skills. I ran out of serious medication that I have gotten filled by CVS for the last three years. He explained I was out of refills and I let him know my doctor was not answering and how sick I would become. He told me he could do it if I was a regular but since I wasn’t he wouldn’t. Aka I would do it but I don’t want to. He was so rude and offered no solution or help. I went to another CVS down the street and they filled four days of my medication with no problem and thanked me for going to the pharmacy for so long. I am embarrassed that this is what he thought was good management or customer service. I will never go back to this pharmacy because of this individual. Thank you to the CVS down the road who helped me with a smile

I come here once in a while only for the urgent needs but the last 2 visits were extraordinary, thanks to a nicest human being working here. His name is Charles and he welcomed everyone with a smile and helped whoever he can even if it was busy sometimes.
Just because of him, I will be coming back to this location again and I really hope the CVS management will appreciate his kindness and service.
God bless, Charles!

Went for CVS brand probiotics the other day, half of what I was looking at was expired.
Review would be 2 stars but the cashier actually pointed out what I had picked was expired. Then found the other ones replacing it.
Other staff I interacted with was helpful as well.

Many items expensive, overcharged on 1 item and had to return, prescription window not open due to non-operating register, one grumpy counter clerk, another much more courteous and helpful. Always short-staffed in Pharmacy-need to hire more help!!!

Wouldn’t accept GoodRX for my ADHD meds, and said some locations do, but wouldn’t tell me which ones, so apparently the onus is on me to call every location until I find one. And if I were to find one, they won’t transfer the prescription, I have to have my doctor do it. Apparently, this is at the pharmacist discretion, which means that this store just wants more profit.
There were also pretty suds people in the parking lot so I’d steer clear.

I went to this location yesterday (9/27/2024) to ask about a prescription that had been filled for a 30-day supply instead of 90 days.
The pharmacist assisted. She printed two pictures that I would swear in court were identical. Regardless, she proceeded to insinuate that I am a drug addict.
I am confused, insulted, angry and any other negative emotion you can think of.
If there were negative stars I could apply ...
The CVS Arizona HQ will be receiving a call from me on Monday.

Certainly! Here's an exceptional review for CVS, highlighting Charles Gray's assistance:
**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for CVS**
I recently visited the CVS store, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. However, what truly made my visit outstanding was the exemplary service provided by one of the store associates, Charles Gray.
I was in a bit of a hurry, trying to locate cotton balls and distilled water for a project I was working on. Despite the store being busy, Charles noticed I was having trouble finding the items and immediately offered his assistance. His knowledge of the store layout was impressive, and he quickly guided me to the exact aisles where the items were located.
Charles didn’t just stop at showing me where the products were; he took the time to ensure I found exactly what I needed and even provided some helpful advice on alternative options that might work for my project. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond made what could have been a stressful shopping trip incredibly smooth and pleasant.
It’s rare to find such dedicated and attentive customer service nowadays, and Charles Gray truly embodies the values of excellent customer care. Thanks to him, I left the store with everything I needed and a smile on my face.
CVS, you’ve got a gem of an employee in Charles Gray. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my future needs, knowing that customer service is a top priority here. Thank you, Charles, for making my experience so positive!

The pharmacist are rude and unprofessional. I had someone help me with medication and spoke loudly making me feel I had no privacy. Very unprofessional don’t go to this pharmacy.

I've never come to this pharmacy and gotten my prescription even when I've called ahead to confirm and received calls or texts that it is ready I've shown up 5 times in a row over five weeks without receiving my regularly scheduled prescription. glad they don't handle anything important like life saving medications that people rely on... oh wait. i wonder how many deaths they cause every year someone should look into that.

Mark working at the front registers refuses to allow anyone to be checked out by an employee even when standing right there doing nothing.
