This CVS pharmacy is absolutely the best. Steve-the pharmacist always greets me with a smile and is always helpful with medication. He is super knowledgeable and answers all of my questions in layman’s terms. He is compassionate about his job and the best in the biz! He is the reason we go to this cvs pharmacy! Steve is a huge asset to cvs!

The staff here go out of there way to be helpful. Unfortunately, several times I've seen them subjected to abuse and rudeness from impatient and rude customers. Can't believe the low rating they get here. Undeserved.

Mally's team at the pharmacy went out of their way when I went into get a new prescription. First I couldn't be located in the system, then my prescription hadn't been sent in, then an issue with my insurance...all just before their mandated lunch break. Pretty much everyone back there helped at some point, and while I wasn't getting life-changing medication, seeing that commitment to service was nice, especially from people who likely deal with cranky people looking for meds all day.

Been going here for about 2-3 years with a family of four, so a decent number of prescriptions and other needs, and it's overall been really good. Far better than the last place we went which was a little closer to home.

I don't get prescriptions at this Pima location, so I can't comment on the pharmacy.
Since David took over as the store manager, I have really enjoyed shopping here. He's very friendly and helpful and makes me laugh.
Susan and Alyssa at the checkouts are also friendly and helpful and have also made shopping here a good experience.
This store is clean, organized and well stocked. Thanks to David and the ladies for the great service! I'll keep coming back!

Mia at pharmacy was so helpful. Her service was prompt and efficient to help get my rx transferred. Both Mia and Georgia were super friendly as well.

The CVS Pharmacy Team @ Pima & Pinnacle are excellent. Their department Manager has been very supportive and helpful !! Her staff gets you checked and have always been very cooperative. I very much do appreciate their commitment to customer service !!

I've been going to this CVS for over 2 years since I moved to DC Ranch. The Pima CVS Pharmacy staff is kind and knowledgable. Even when they don't have the answers they check with the lead pharmacist and the lead pharmacist follows up with my general practitioner to iron out prescription issues. I really appreciate this follow through as I am working during business hours and don't have the time to relay messages to my doctor. This CVS Pharmacy has excellent customer service and follow through.

Pharmacist only gave me a quarter of my medication every month. It took me coming in and talking for 20 minutes, and the pharmacist acting like he knew better than my doctor, before I started getting my full amount. Walgreens would always just give me the right dose. Also, they often don't have my prescription ready on time even when I get a text saying it's ready, causing me to wait 30-40 minutes in store. And I've never seen the drive-thru actually open, usually too short-staffed.
