Each of the employees I spoke with at your store were very personable and knowledgeable, and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issues associated with my laptop. It also did not take very long until they called me back to the store to pick up my computer. Great Job!!!

We had an old laptop that we accidentally reformatted removing the iOS operating system. I had to pay $60 to get an analysis done before they issued an estate (far enough). Then the nonsense started - to reinstall an iOS operating they wanted $279!! ( this is after they deducted the $60). When I questioned the price the came back with $200. I took it to another and was quoted $79. Pretty outlandish cost at this shop. Avoid them!

I purchased a new computer. When I got it home I found I had two problems. First I was missing cable and secondly I was missing my thumb drive for my mouse. I could not get the cable relaced quickly so I bought a replacement from another store (RAZ). Still looking for a replacement mouse.

I made an appointment with Ryan and he called me and discovered I had some virus. He remoted into my computer and fixed it all. Everything was fixed. It took quite a while to get things up and running but Ryan was terrific. He explained everything to me and it was fixed perfect. I would never go anywhere else. Thanks Ryan.
