I was having a challenging health issue and had seen three different doctors and tried several medications. I decided to try the natural options and found Cassidy. She was very comforting and open especially given the nature of the issue and my treatment. I always looked forward to my appointments and enjoyed how comfortable she made me and listened to my concerns. Definitely encourage anyone looking for pelvic support to reach out to Cassidy.

Cass is a phenomenal physical therapist! She is thorough and inquisitive. She asks a lot of questions so she can get to the root of the issue. She doesn’t just treat the symptom, she finds and treats the cause. Her background in fitness complements her training as a therapist, through her treatment plan and showing you modifications to your existing exercise plan. She is well rounded, knowledgable and personable. I would highly recommended Cass to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I came to see Cassidy Cutter PT @ Dessert Physical Therapy with a years-long history of severe pelvic pain. So severe that I needed morphine to ease my pain. I had to visit the emergency room twice and running all types of test to find the root of my symptoms with no results, very frustrated because no body (GI, Gynecologist, family Dr and hospital) was able to diagnose my health problem. After paying thousands of dollars and being referred to Cassidy by my gynecologist as the last option before surgery, Cassidy was able to find the spot where the pain originated and treat it with her "magic hands". After weeks of therapy and exercises she recently released me because my symptoms have disappeared. Cassidy also provided me with exercises to do at home to prevent pain in the future.I am very happy with the results of the therapy and Cassidy's professionalism.

Dr. Cassidy Cutter is phenomenal! She is respectful, puts you immediately at ease, and knows pelvic health! As an hEDs patient it was very important for me to obtain a therapist familiar with the disease. Her help was tremendous and I can not say enough about her.

Tara Beran is the best there is in this highly specialized field. Pelvic floor pain is unique, debilitating and mentally overwhelming. Tara’s truly genuine concern and empathy for her patients, combined with her high level of knowledge and her tenacity and drive to resolve her patients pain is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, ever! She is the best diagnostician I have ever seen! I could not have gotten through this without her positive attitude and support, she is a true professional and should my pain return, I would absolutely go back to Tara for treatment.

Tara is amazing at what she does. She is warm, friendly, compassionate and intelligent. She not only has a lot of knowledge and expertise but very attuned to the person in front of her and how to apply her skills wisely and with care (which is a rare quality in many clinicians).

I had a tailbone injury years ago that came back for an encore recently, and this time I went straight to the specialist...Tara Beran. Not only does she seriously KNOW her field of expertise, she has a way of making anyone feel comfortable through whatever treatment process is best suited to their condition. You'll have a true partner in helping you through your recovery. For how serious/challenging some of these conditions can be, Tara's humor and positivity is a real bonus. You'll get feeling better and you'll laugh a bit along the way. Also, the office is always clean, peaceful and run like a smooth machine (that's Debbie!) Highly recommended!!

Erika at Desert Physical Therapy was great! She understood my needs and was very knowledgeable in how to address them. I had no idea this type of specialized therapy existed until my doctor recommended them. Erika put together at home exercises for me as well and doing them daily really increased my pelvic strength.. I definitely recommend Desert PT to anyone who is in need of pelvic therapy.

Tara was a lifesaver when I had a tailbone injury about seven years ago. Thanks to her, I was able to get the pain down to a normal level and didn't need surgery after therapy. I still need an old man cushion to sit, though.

Tara knows pelvic floors and people. She takes the time to get to know you and designs a program for each client. Definitely not a cookie cutter practice. More like a customized experience based on years of education and experience. Also, she has a way of offering realistic hope. For eight years I lived with pain and not knowing the reason. I still have a ways to go and at least can begin to see the light.
