Dillard's is a great place to shop for men's clothing. They usually have some great sales, and I can find my size most of the time. I picked up a couple of items marked down 65% that I actually needed. ? I went for shirts that are slim fit but for large sizes 17 1/2 neck and 37 inch sleeves. Dillard's usually has a great selection. Oh well, not today.

I am tired of online clothes shopping, it's not for me. Dillard's has a great selection of clothing and shoes that I can try on before I buy, and I don't have to have my own shipping department for returns.

Really rude and dismissive behavior by the store attendant Nadia and the Store Manager Bianca when I returned an open box defected Jean Paul Gaultier cologne , they kept talkback at me that nothing is wrong with the item..... clearly there was and I showed it to them.When I spend $100 on a cologne I don't want to receive a damaged open box defected item.I was about to replace it but when I saw how they treated me I just returned it..... I will buy from a different store where the staff treat me nicely.

nice to see an American company still selling. In my younger days if you needed a button up you went to dillards, shame theyre not many left. i did get lost in the store but i get lost often HAHA

I love the merchandise in the men's department. I had a challenging time getting the store to send merchandise to me that I had purchased in the men's suit department. I had to call to find our when I would receive the items. When I would call, wrong tracking numbers were issued, and phone calls were not returned.This is not a good look, when customers from out of town regularly shop and by big ticket items in the store. There is not excuse for not returning a customer's call and following through to make sure that merchandise is received.

Can often find good deals here on cool, stylish clothes. Better selection of unique, casual clothing than some of the other stores, including Macy's and Nordstrom's. My go-to place when looking for a nice dress - I've heard it is their flagship store for women's dresses in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful, will easily start a room for you to try things on. Usually not a long line to check out. Don't miss their shoe sales.

Went to this location looking for RL pants for my husband. No one really helped. We looked all over and not even the RL guy moved too far from RL area to find those pants. Then we bumped into Bill, he is great! He went above and beyond, made a call, asked around to find those RL pants. He walked all over looking for them and even though they were nowhere to be found, he gave us a few other options. He got us sizes, different sets of pants, just really the nicest guy. Also when we left we saw him immediately helping the next customer. I really hope management sees this review and puts him somewhere where he can share his knowledge and style with other team members, should definitely be in charge and get paid more. I also hope management appreciates him. Thanks again Bill!

Extremely rude salesmen in the shoe department. Dillards used to be one of if not my favorite stores. Not only will I never buy shoes again from any Dillards, I am giving serious consideration to taking all of my shopping experiences to another store entirely.

Walked in, asked a lady in the cosmetic department if she worked there and what direction to go since I hadn't been there before and it was under construction with no internal directional signs in sight at the main mall entrance. She was mad I even interrupted her being on her phone. My bad, at least she gave me directions. Then while in the lingerie department I asked the teenagers(?) working there for help finding a bra size. The one that started to help literally just walked away mid-looking and stopped talking to me. Like I turned around and she was gone, she went back to the register and ignored me. Since the bras I need generally cost $100 each, I won't be coming back because that's how much your employees care about basic customer service. If you don't know what you're doing, say that and find someone who does or recommend I come back at a different time with someone who will actually help. Guess I will shop at the Arrowhead location, I have never been treated like that at a Dillards.

After today's experience at Dillards, my opinion is that some of their employees are discriminating, intimidating and threatening towards disabled 80-year old Spanish speaking customers. My name is Dr. Mary Miller, and on 9/23 I purchased a bed quilt for my mother who was arriving from Spain on 10/6. We made her bed and found a hole in the quilt. I found it unacceptable to have a hole in a new merchandise, and I called Dillards immediately. The customer service representative stated that it would not be a problem that I did not have a physical receipt on hand. According to her, showing my bank statement would be enough. Well, my 80 year old mother and I returned to Dillards to exchange the damaged quilt. When we arrived, we first we talked to the same two clerks who sold me the quilt; but one of the explained that even after she saw my bank statement there was nothing that she could do as I didn't have a proof of purchase. I escalated the situation and spoke to the manager, Yalda if I am not mistaken. From the beginning her attitude was demeaning and condescending, she profoundly refused to either exchange or return the quilt. She stated that she believed that we had washed the quilt, because they don't sell damaged merchandise. I repeated time and time again that I did not wash the merchandise, and she flat out called me a liar. She began to raise her voice, got frustrated and threatened us to call security to have us removed from the store. This woman was ready to have my disabled mother and I escorted out of Dillards because we wanted to exchange damaged/defective merchandise. Later on, at one point she mocked me by saying, "but you a doctor and can buy another quilt!". After she realised that her intimidation tactics did not work, she decided to talk to customer service and I received a gift for only $86.60 out of the $124 that I had initially paid. Some credit is better than nothing, I thought. I am appalled of such discriminating customer Service at Dillards; especially knowing that Hispanics make up 31% percent of the population.

Shopping for men's dress shirt and associates said Dillards has a policy that they cannot undo packaging for trying on. Stating that dress shirts can only be tried on twice before being pulled from floor. The manager Calvin tried to leave area, to let salesperson deal with me. I asked salesperson to get manager as I did not believe we could not try a shirt on at location. I could have purchased, came home to try and then return? Every designer has a different fit. I have worked in large department stores and have never heard of not being able to try on. I won't be back.

I always have good experience with this store but today I was really disappointed with the Shoe Dep’t sales lady’s ( with accent) attitude. I have tried 4 different shoes but when I found what I want she said they don’t have my size. When I asked her to check if other Dillards store has my size, she immediately said “ So I don’t get the credit “ When I said thank you before we leave, she just ignored me. She did not represent Dillards quite well to my opinion.
