Dr. Lillo was highly recommended by my physical therapist. Even though my husbands records were sent to his office prior to our first visit he did not seem to know much about his medical history. We felt rushed as well. We saw Dr. Lillo following a pacemaker implant requested an mild anti-anxiety prescription. Dr Lillo prescribed Hydralazine- a vasolilator to treat hypertension. My husband's blood pressure- normaly low definately did not need this. Fortunately, my sister-in-law , a nurse, alerted me to the mistake. Dr Lillo should have prescribedHydroxyzine! I went in person and talked with Dana and she confirmed the mistake. She sent in the correct prescription. Thank you so much! I am glad most of Dr. Lillo's patients have been happy but we have been disappointed.

Dr. Lillo has been my doctor for over 10 years and he is definitely one of a kind. He’s very smart, kindhearted and always has your best interests at heart. All of the staff that work here are nice and they treat me like family. Marissa the receptionist always greets me and goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of.I wouldn’t even consider seeing any other doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Lillo to anybody looking for a phenomenal doctor.

Dr. Lillo and his staff are likely one of the last true "family" practices out there. This is NOT one of those robotic /mass-scale feeling practices, this is true personalized medicine. They are kind, patient and aren't going to rush you.If you are looking for a true doctor that's going to remember your name, look no further.

Wow! This is the best PCP office I have been to. The entire staff was nice. My husband had an appointment here and was out and 20 mins and we did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Lillo addressed every concern. He clearly loves what he does.

Dr. Joseph Lillo and his nursing staff are unprofessional, negligent, and should be investigated for malpractice. I was referred to this practice by my neurofeedback doctor who suggested I see Dr. Lillo for my ADHD medication. I now believe that Dr. Lillo must be giving my neurofeedback doctor compensation for referring patients to him. I didn't care for Dr. Lillo the first appointment I had with him. He was arrogant, had terrible bedside manner, and had 0 interest in listening to my concerns about being on a controlled substance that I was prescribed. My previous doctor had me on Adderall where I didn't have side effects, but then when she left the practice I was switched to Vyvanse and had some concerns about the side effects. Dr. Lillo's practice doesn't make sure that you have your follow up appointment prior to your meds running out, then they refuse to refill the medication until you are seen, forcing you to go through a crash and withdrawal symptoms. The first time this happened, I was about 3 days without my medication and was having some serious withdrawal symptoms. Dr. Lillo ignored my concerns and prescribed me high blood pressure medication due to my blood pressure being elevated, which is also a side effect of withdrawal from the medication. Even though Dr. Lillo dismissed my concerns, he reassured me that my next appointment would be made prior to me running out of medication and gave me a print out of my refill schedule. Well, Dr. Lillo didn't refill my medication in accordance with the schedule that he gave me. I called and left messages, with no return call. I let the receptionist know that I had called and left multiple messages with no return call, and she got the nurse on the line for me. The nurse said there was nothing that she could do, that I would need to wait for my next appointment. I asked if they could squeeze me in prior to my appointment because I was experiencing adverse side effects not being on the medication, which she said they had no availability for that week and a half prior and couldn't squeeze me in. I called the office again this morning since I now have been experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms. The nurse refused to let me speak to my doctor and told me she has been a nurse for 17 years and that "no one has ever had withdrawal symptoms from this medication". I told her that I must be the first, because I am, and it is unbearable, and asked if she could squeeze me in today that I feel it is a psychiatric emergency. She responded "withdrawal symptoms are not possible on this medication, if you feel you need medical attention go to urgent care" and hung up on me. This is negligent and malpractice. It is unreasonable not to squeeze me in for an appointment for a week and a half when I am experiencing severe adverse side effects from stopping, unwillingly, a high dosage of medication that I have been prescribed to for a long period. I do not have ANY history of drug abuse, I have always taken this medication as prescribed, and yet I am being treated like a criminal for having withdrawal symptoms for a medication that DR. LILLO PRESCRIBED TO ME. In fact, I asked to wean off this medication because I had concerns, and you ignored those concerns and increased the dosage, making my crash from this medication even more severe. Pure negligence.
