Went to this location this morning in hopes of getting some iced coffee but they apparently didn’t have the ingredients to make an iced coffee? Mind you, it was early in the morning. Do better.

Superb customer service to the gentlemen who served the amazing iced mocha late this afternoon Sat, Apt 6. He greeted me with the biggest smile and went out of his way to ask me how my day was going.....didn't get his name.He deserves a raise ?

How is this place still in business was in the drive thru for about nine minutes within those minutes there was a worker in the back smoking then went inside and oddly there hand went out the window that quick. I doubt they washed their hands. Recurved my order with was munchkins and two ice coffee which tasted like water and the munchkin was so hard. Told the worker and they said sorry but they come frozen and we thaw them out might’ve not been thawed out all the way !RED FLAG RIGHT THERE FOR SAFETY SHOULD BE NUMBER ONE

I have come to the store on 87th street numerous times and I still can't believe you can't get what you want without cheese. They don't seem to read the tickets or they can't read them.

I had an issue with my order and even though they were slammed at the drive-thru the employees quickly resolved my issue and had me on my way within a minute. Very grateful for the quick fix to my problem! I was impressed by how well it was handled. Both employees I saw were working very hard to get orders out.

Do NOT go to this location.First time I went was about 3 weeks ago early Sunday morning just before the rush. Took forever to get a basic hot coffee and latte. Decided to give it another shot this morning since my girlfriend gave me a $25 dollar gift card. I decided to go inside since the drive thru line was very long. I told the cashier Id like a medium hot coffee and a medium hot vanilla latte and a croissant egg sandwich. I hand him my gift card and as I am reading the receipt it said $19.95. I read the list, and it said 3 medium hot coffees instead of just one. I nicely asked the cashier I only wanted one medium hot coffee.He tried to give me a refund but didnt know how so he went to get a manager. The manager told me that she could not give me a refund due to it being on a gift card. I nicely asked her if she could me a gift card, and she said no...instead she offered me two measly donuts to rectify the situation...they overcharged me by 10 bucks and a couple of glazes is like what..$3 bucks?I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, because I believe they are severely understaffed and by them being really busy, I believe the manager had other issues on her mind.

Complained to corporate about the horrible service issues at this site. The manager for Raintree site reached out to me and told me new manager was taking over soon. Looks like that wasn't the issue. No change in service.I feel bad for the employees working at a place so poorly run and staffed.Today grabbed something at the store nearby and decided to "try" to buy a coffee. Drive through line was 10 cars deep. Walked inside - no one was being helped and folks were frustrated. Left there and went to FLW location. Worth the additional 8 minute drive to save 20 minutes getting a great cup of Dunkin coffee! Owner of this franchise should be forced sell to the team that runs the Dunkin on FLW near Ancala. That place is run amazingly well. That team is great!

This has to be the slowest and worst run Duncan Doughnuts in the country but then again I don’t go to Rhode Island enough to know for sure. Fire the manager if they even exist. If the drive thru is taking 20+ minutes maybe letting employees smoke by the dumpster isn’t smart… but then again it would explain the dumpster fire that is this location.

They can't make the donuts any smaller because they need a hole in the center but they are working on it im sure the jelly doughnut was in its current form the size of a large thimble what a joke and the prices are ridiculous

The donuts were passable at best, the breakfast sandwich was just awful, even the coffee was bad. The staff were trying, but they were overworked and disorganized. I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and I am writing this bad review because I hope someone will fix this.
